    i actually saw this last week trying to learn box squats :) quag have you done them? currently im having trouble getting the shins vertical. also, it doesn't put enough stress on my legs on texas method :(. how far apart are your back and box squats for reps? mine was about 35lbs lower than back.

    how the **** do you do flies with 160lbs 0.0 thats 80 in each hand! log your calories if you are serious about cutting (2500-3000 depending on your activity). hopefully you have some muscle underneath the 173 :)

    Olive oil confusion

    im low on polyunsaturated at the moment, 50mono/50sat/20 poly coming lots of fish oil, and i pH test my saliva, usually 7, 7.2, somtimes 7.4 or even 8 o.o lols. my veggie consumption isnt the highest but usually is a couple cups of raw spinach. btw what exactly is inflammation? acne? soreness?

    ive bought 32 lbs from there, using their standard flavoring things which were supposedly tasteless but free. tasted pretty damn good to me! i used splenda that order (16lbs) and my current one i bough 4lbs with splenda and 12 lbs without to test for taste.

    eggs are more fat than protein i believe. you should be worried about eating more LOTS MORE meat than wondering if you should eat raw eggs or not (go for it, any egg is good.) listen to drum. maybe eat at least a lb of meat a day.
