Clearly I need a new plan..

Okay fellas, I've been working out since my senior year of highschool (now I'm going into my junior year of college)

Just recently (since the beginning of my soph year at college) have I been getting comments saying I look bigger. I mean its clear that I look bigger, but not anything substantial.

I WANT TO GET CUT. I do not know why my plan is not making me cut.
I go 3 days heavy followed by 3 days light. This worked for some of my friends. They look MUCH better than I do. Chizzled Abs, cut EVERYTHING.

So this is where I am at. I want a plan that I can get cut on, but I also want this plan to bulk me up at the saem time.

I take a supplement called N-O Reload off of TrueProtein.com
I've taken N-O Shotgun, N-O Explode,as well as Black Powder.

So help me out guys, thanks!!!

Well I'll just give you my schedule:
I weigh around 173, 6 feet tall.

Chest/Tri's: 3 sets flys: 160, 175, 190
3 sets incline: 140 160 170
3 sets decline: 140 160 170

Tris
3 sets pull down w/ rope: 50 60 70
3 sets tricep press: 150 160 170
3 sets of lifting dumbell over my head: 40 50 60

Bi's/Back
3 sets curling dumbells: 30 35 40 (in each arm)
3 sets pull up with rope: 40 45 50
1 set buddy curls: 50

3 sets Lat pull down: 85 85 100
3 sets rowing: 40 50 60 (in each arm)

D***** Quag....i just wrote out something similar haha beat me to it.

toddC...don't know if you noticed but supplements do little to nothing, especially if you don't have your diet down. If I had to take a guess, you probably don't eat much.

Do what quag posted and spend some time in the Vault reading various articles. Other amazing websites are Stronglifts.com and Ironaddicts.com = invaluable information is there.

I think if you spent about two months doing exactly as posted above, you'll notice big changes. You don't need to be in the gym 6 days a week. If you have trouble with the diet, PM me. And if you want help make a journal dude.

how the **** do you do flies with 160lbs 0.0 thats 80 in each hand!
log your calories if you are serious about cutting (2500-3000 depending on your activity). hopefully you have some muscle underneath the 173 :)
