Okay fellas, I've been working out since my senior year of highschool (now I'm going into my junior year of college)
Just recently (since the beginning of my soph year at college) have I been getting comments saying I look bigger. I mean its clear that I look bigger, but not anything substantial.
I WANT TO GET CUT. I do not know why my plan is not making me cut.
I go 3 days heavy followed by 3 days light. This worked for some of my friends. They look MUCH better than I do. Chizzled Abs, cut EVERYTHING.
So this is where I am at. I want a plan that I can get cut on, but I also want this plan to bulk me up at the saem time.
I take a supplement called N-O Reload off of TrueProtein.com
I've taken N-O Shotgun, N-O Explode,as well as Black Powder.
