Knee pain

I exercise regularly including low intensity cardio but lately I have been having

intense pain in 1 of my knees. I can't bend it and I can't keep my leg completely

straight without it hurting. It's a kind of tightness sensation with pain running

from the top of my shin to the lower part of my inner thigh.

Sounds like it might be shin splints...what type of shoes are you running in? They may be too old/beat up.

Low intense cardio is walking...you are hurting from walking?

Get off the leg, stop the cardio and take a couple hot baths and see how it feels in a couple days.

A hot bath would be horrible for him. Heat=inflammation.

Put some ice on it and rest if for a few days. 15 minutes on, 15 off then 15 minutes on and then stop.
