    HIIT and Rippetoe's?

One or the other. Doing strength training three times a week is too much if you want to be fit. An athlete can't do something like Rippetoe's 3x5 during a season. Even during the off season he shouldn't do it, because he is neglecting his conditioning, power, and endurance. He will leave all his...

    Losing my sex drive

I don't think losing your sex drive is a good sign. Perhaps your testosterone levels are decreasing?

    I want a 6-pack

Ab exercises are very important. Get on a strength training routine (Rippetoes or Stronglifts), and do extra ab work (vary the exercises). The more muscle you gain, the more calories will burn. Look at Strongmen. Some are at 15% bodyfat and they still have a 6 pack, because they are so strong.

    Training for Rock Climbing

How about trying some sandbag training? Lots of cleans with the sandbag + pinching it at the folds = increased back and grip strength.

Home Training - Help Me , To All Gym Winners

That's fine. You don't need equipment to have a good body. There are a lot of good bodyweight exercises you can do. I hear "Never Gymless" over at rosstraining.com is a great book to buy if you don't want to spend money on equipment. Another good book is Infinite Intensity, on the same site...

    Creatine ...Is it healthy ???

I don't see the problem with adding weight to push ups. There are a lot of variations you can do, too... dive bomb, one arm, handstand, plyometric, finger tip, knuckle, etc. I just never really liked the bench. That said, Rippetoe's/Stronglifts is a good choice too. Start with the bar...

    Forearm Recovery Time...

You can work forearms a lot... same with calves and neck. Don't go to failure and you can do it every other day.

    Workout Log

I like how you split your days into different body parts, and keep the workouts very simple. Good lifts too.

    Creatine ...Is it healthy ???

Now now... push ups are still a great exercise. In fact, I prefer to do them rather than bench press. What were you doing with those 25 lb dumb bells? I'm guessing bicep curls  You'll need to train your whole body.

    Squat - Hip Flexibility.

These will really help: http://stronglifts.com/7-dynamic-stretches-to-improve-your-hip-mobility/ http://stronglifts.com/how-to-improve-your-ankle-mobility/ Just one set of 10 reps for every stretch should do. Try doing them multiple times a day. Focus hard on the ankle stretches. They are just...

Woke up today in the morning and felt great

Usually I feel very tired when I wake up in the morning. Today, for some reason, I feel very awake and energetic. I want to replicate this every morning. Some things I remember: -I worked out at 8 PM, and slept at 10:30 PM. I had no post workout food. -Had very vivid dreams -I wake up...

Squats and Milk + Stronglifts 5x5

Hack squats is a good idea too. You'll need to get some straps though. As for the other question, it may be too hard to mix squats and milk + SL 5x5. You're best off doing 1x20 hack squats, increasing 5 lbs ever workout, then doing dips, chinups, and pull ups. You can do it 3x/week, but...

Bigger ass and legs - squats - HELL sore back?

Abs need variety. Do multiple ab exercises, and try not to do the same one twice. Some examples: crunches with hold at the top, V-ups, planks, wheel rollouts, flags.

    fats and carbs mixing

My goal is to gain weight, but I don't seem too sensitive to carbs. Every meal is fresh meat + fruits + vegetables + milk. The meat though is usually chicken breast or fish, both low on fat. I think I get most fat from milk. I'm actually maintaining weight and losing fat. :cheer:

Squats and Milk + Stronglifts 5x5

You can try the steinborg lift. Put clamps on the side so the weights don't move, and hold the barbell to the vertical. Get under the bar, and put it on your back in position. Mehdi at stronglifts.com has done it with 100 kg.

Squats and milk is good but you may have to drop the other exercises and only do dips, pull ups, and chin ups. Time will tell

    F%& Me I Stink!

Not necessarily, check this. A forum full of people who practice good hygiene but still smell. Many have went to the doctor, only to be told that they don't smell. However in daily life they are constantly told they smell. As for diet, most of them eat crap. They give up meats in hopes of...
