My quads and hams are always tight during squats, after stretching and warming up, I cant go parallel, i feel like im forcing myself to, my muscles are too tight and not stretched properly. Another problem I have during squats it pelvic pain, im not sure how to stretch my groin other than the squat stretch. What do you suggest I do to loosen up my leg muscles? Maybe a quick jog, stretch and warmup some more?
