I can only do one pullup and my goal is to be able to do three perfect form pullups in one week. Is that possible? also what are some ways to increase number of reps for pullups?

What kinda pull ups are you talking about? Wide grip/narrow grip? Overhand/underhand grip? Hand position etc...

Pulling strength comes with time. Focus on training your back and really work on your conditioning to cut fat and increase the proportion of lean body mass...that'll really help you to increase the number of pull ups you can do.

Jump up to the bar and lower yourself, this is called a negative. Do them everytime you walk by the bar.
