I've recently started a rather intense weight program after a long break, and now my arms and chest are so sore I can barely move. I know this is normal, but should I wait for the soreness to subside before I do another workout, or continue after 48 hours regardless? Thanks.

Since we have a hairdresser here, I got a question... will shaving my head and keeping it shiny and clean for a while help me get rid of dandruff? Or will it just come back once the hair starts growing back? Thanks. :)

As part of my attempt to eat healthier, this week I purchased a few cans of tuna in water, instead of the usual bacon and whatnot. But I don't know what to eat it with! I have never had it before and I don't know what goes well with this type of thing. Any suggestions? :)

If you dress too well and have a kind of 'slick' look, or if you're a really smooth talker who sounds like he's delivering rehearsed lines... those are usually warning signs.

It's an interesting analogy, but I don't think you would 'gain levels' by being rejected. If you think about it, an RPG "level" is just a convenient way of quantizing your overall skills and life experience. That's what you want to improve in order to get better.

True, I forgot to mention you shouldn't leave a message if she isn't there. It makes you appear needy, like you _have to_ talk to her, and suddenly you're not as interesting :) But I still think one short call is ok.

I don't necessarily agree with that. What if she waits for you to call (having been raised in a society where men are supposed to initiate these things), and you don't call, and she starts thinking perhaps you forgot, and you don't care as much about her as she thought? In this case, her...

Good point, I've seen too many guys (here and elsewhere) get all p!ssy and offended when a girl rejects them, while at the same time talking about only dating an 8 or 9, making fun of ugly or overweight girls, etc. Not exactly objective :)

The problem with this forum is that many, many of its users are either a) bitter former AFC's who have been hurt in the past and, unable to heal, have come to hate and distrust women; and b) teenagers who like to pretend they have all the answers when in fact they have near zero life experience...

My point was that you gained nothing by such an act, and people who didn't know the whole story but only that you asked her to meet you and never showed up, would think less of you (and so would the girl). Think of it this way - if somebody disrepects you for whatever reason, you can either take...
