I would call and hear what she has to offer. You didn't give enough info but maybe she doesn't like the plans you made. Call her and try not to be angry, I've been there and it doesn't help. Try to be relaxed when you talk to her.... Good luck.

like the guys here already said, NEVER tell her how you feel about her, but still provide some info and I'll try to help you, I just tried to get closer to a friend of mine and failed, it's very difficult to get romantically involved with a friend it usually works when the girl shows interest...

please provide more info, like if your getting signals from her or for how long have you known each other, what kind of relationship you have, common things, etc....

To have confidence you also have to feel good about yourself, so if you look closer at it confidence and self steem go hand by hand.....

Make sure to take her to a movie or some place with people, that way she will feel more comfortable. One time I met this girl on-line and she was kind of scared at first, we talked on the phone several times and I asked her out to see a movie..no problem... Make sure she knows shes not going...
