Hi everyone, intereting site! As this is my first post i thought i'd see what the ultimate Don Juan would do in a situation i'm currently in.

I met a girl who worked behind the bar at my gym of choice, we didn't speak much to start with but near the end we were saying a few words now and then and seemingly getting on alright, she's pretty tasty so I was a bit gutted when she told me she was quitting soon and working somewhere else. She left but i randomly bumped into her one day and it turns out she's working at specsavers which is where my sister works.
I got my sister to do a bit of work for me and I now have her email address. The funny thing is I can't ever remember seeing this girl before and now i seem to pass her every other day on the way to work in my car (which makes it hard to get a number even though ive considered it and the road choas it would cause) I'm thinking about sending her a little e-mail saying hi and just generally making contact but i dont want to A: seem like im a stalker (obviously i wouldnt say i got an insider to ge tinfo on her) B: Send an email and not get one back. C: seem as if im desperate, which im not as it happens but i must admitt i could do with a shag and a nice girl (or 2!)

What would you suggest. I think it's a good idea depending on how it's done but wouldn't mind hearing what ya'll think.

I think you're just going to have to go over there. You can pretend like you were coming to see your sister, and are pleasantly suprised to see her there. Strike up a conversation, say you have to go while the conversation is at a high point and tell her to write her number down for you. You're correct in thinking that an email out of nowhere will make you appear desperate and stalkerish.

Toss out her e-mail and approach her in real life. It's a lose-lose situation with e-mailing a chick you don't know.

yup, follow quick's advice.

Sending her an email..is akin to writing a girl a love letter, handing it to her..and running to hide behind a tree while watching her open it.

Cheers for the replies. I see what your saying, the whole annonymous thing really isn't good. I'm not sure i can just turn up at her work, there's over 500 people working there and i don't even know which depo she's in. Looks like next time i pass her i'm just going to have to slam on my breaks, wind down my window and get her number before i'm part of a horrible accident, at least i'll have agood excuse to get away if she tell me to F off!! .:D

Dude, look around maybe you bump into her, what you got to loose? (15-20 min, max??)....asking her number while you pass by in your car I don't think it's a good idea.....
