1) Every day you have to track your calories, it is easier to plan ahead happy hour or eating out with friends, but if something just pops up then you have to think hard about rather you want to kill your diet/workout routine or stay good.
2) I don't eat certain foods anymore because of the high calorie count- cake, rarely eat pizza now, normal peanut butter, nuts, chips, cookies, and etc. Do I miss these foods? Not really tbh, but I'm sure there's something everyone must cut out. It seems like to me that you don't have a normie social life which IMHO is the biggest lean abs killer out of anything. Most people do and they aren't going to turn down the weekly happy hour peer pressure they get from their unhealthy friends. Remember you are the average of the 5 people that you hang out with the most. It may seem easier to you because you don't have to deal with this shvt, but I had to cut off friends of mine because of this and this will be one of the reasons I break up with my gf.
3) People will get mad that you are dieting even women that you are screwing and tell you that this is unhealthy and that you have a eating disorder.
This is NONSENSE.. You don't have to track calories at all.. 3x meals a day. High protein, lower carbs & some good fats & your already winning.
These are just lame excuses from lazy people.
