its part of my routine, I only sleep 6 hours - wake up naturally really early and get it done before rest of day starts in my garage gym - squat rack, dumbells, pullup bar, dips stn etc. round 40 mins per session 5 times a week on average. only eat 3/4 times a day, minimal food prep, no more than what people eating typical diets spend. did go through a phase 10 years ago of doing the 6 meals a day, carrying food around with me, eating bang on set times, buts it completely unnecessary found it did dictate too much of my life. now in best shape of my life at 41.if You want to be jacked and actually look good it does consumer most of your life because you have to base your day to day activities off nutrition and working out. If you want to be a fat fvck with muscles then it doesn’t really take a lot of time.
results are worth it for numerous reasons. a lot of people I know who don;t train watch tv for hours each night as apparently too tired and need that time to relax/unwind and sit on a couch for hours instead. i'm sure some are genuinely busy with productive stuff like running a business for 15 hours+, but I find it hard to believe that most who don;t work out are spending all day working to build an empire or doing something productive.
I work full time in a job, work on sideline business for hours most days, have my daughter half the week and still have time to socialize an evening or 2 a week or drive my car around for fun and play PS5 some days. Don't have time for a relationship, but thats not on my priority list for now.
