You need fewer social skills and less charisma as a muscular guy to get laid, especially if you are a muscular guy 6'0'+. Being muscular and 5'8" isn't amazing.
Zac Efron is 5'8 and muscular, women love him. The rock arguably has more charisma and is significantly taller, but i have yet to see any female fan girls.

100% agree. I've lost nearly 40 pounds in the past few months through the gym and proper diet. I hated the way I looked, hated myself, and had a relationship with a woman that didn't last and in hindsight was toxic. It messed me up even more than I was.

I was unhealthy, blood pressure out of control, and felt like garbage everyday I woke up.

Ditched the woman, got my ass in the gym, and I'm working on improving myself. I'm late to the game (35) but better late than never. I'm not 100%, but I'm in a much better frame than I was 4 months ago. Its only going to get better.

Lifting, working out, and proper diet does a lot more than just helping attract women.
Exactly this.. Weldone mate.. Keep it going!

Yes you do, you need to be in either a calorie deficit or maintain. Regardless, you still track and watch what you eat so don’t act like you aren’t doing shvt to seem mighty on the internet.
Adding an extra meal to your normal eating routine is not tracking calories ffs..

Reducing one meal a day from your normal eating routine is not tracking calories.

You jokers need to stop making excuses, by trying to add super complexity to something that is pretty damn simple to do.

You guys have every excuse under the sun, to downplay the benefits of getting ripped/jacked.

How do you lean bulk without tracking calories? Idk if I could do it lol.

When cutting, I can just reduce the portions to as small as I can, and still hit high protein. Then I’ll be fine.

But I’d be freaked out not tracking calories when bulking. Eat too much and you’ll gain unnecessary fat. Eat too little and you’re not giving your body the tools needed to gain muscle.

Just curious how you handle it without tracking!

Once you've been doing it for years you have baseline and diet routine.in the same way you reduce portions to lose weight, I just gradually increase the other way. I weigh tge food most of the time too, but don't don't count calories.

Before he became a goody two shoes celebrity, his a**hole personality in wwf was far more wettening. Girls were falling all over for him. It was when he started smiling and being nicer that he lost his sex appeal.

Between a fat out of shape guy and a man who is fit, of course women will prefer the in shape guy. Being muscular by itself isn't a magic bullet though.

Getting in shape is only one part of the pie. The other things, career ambition, how good you are with people etc are just as important. If you are on this site this should be straight forward and you should be looking to improve the ENTIRE package, not just one aspect.

For many guys, the woman being nice looking is enough, but that isn't necessarily the case with most women (yes there will be times you'll succeed simply just because you look good - that's what spring break etc is all about).

Interesting. So you just kinda use the scale and adjust your eating based on that.

I can see how that work! I’m gonna have to count calories for the rest of my life though cause I’m paranoid I guess lol. They’ll have to take my food scale from my cold dead body

She had stuck by him since the beginning when he didn't have anything if I remember correctly. She was/is a good woman.

I remember when the Rock was younger in the WWF, women loved him. They liked the persona.

It doesn't surprise me nowadays younger women might prefer Zac Efron, of course, he is younger while Rock is probably 50+ years old now. He appeals to a different generation attraction wise --- he is however beloved by EVERYONE.

I did use my fitness pal for a bit years ago when getting into diet and the odd occasion since when trying different approaches, such as lower carbs, higher fat etc, but have t touched it for years now.
