1) Every day you have to track your calories, it is easier to plan ahead happy hour or eating out with friends, but if something just pops up then you have to think hard about rather you want to kill your diet/workout routine or stay good.

2) I don't eat certain foods anymore because of the high calorie count- cake, rarely eat pizza now, normal peanut butter, nuts, chips, cookies, and etc. Do I miss these foods? Not really tbh, but I'm sure there's something everyone must cut out. It seems like to me that you don't have a normie social life which IMHO is the biggest lean abs killer out of anything. Most people do and they aren't going to turn down the weekly happy hour peer pressure they get from their unhealthy friends. Remember you are the average of the 5 people that you hang out with the most. It may seem easier to you because you don't have to deal with this shvt, but I had to cut off friends of mine because of this and this will be one of the reasons I break up with my gf.

3) People will get mad that you are dieting even women that you are screwing and tell you that this is unhealthy and that you have a eating disorder.

This is NONSENSE.. You don't have to track calories at all.. 3x meals a day. High protein, lower carbs & some good fats & your already winning.

These are just lame excuses from lazy people.

You don;t have to track calories every day - I don;t and haven't for years. Yes you need a rough idea of what you're eating, more so when starting out. Of course you do if getting on stage.

I mentioned I go out once or twice a week. In fact my main vice is drinking alcohol heavily a couple of times a month on average when out with friends.

A cheat meal once or twice a week does no harm if rest of diet is good. I get the odd joke from friends, colleagues etc but I haven;t been ostracized from social groups as far as I'm aware due to it. If someones that against it, its not someone I want to be around anyway. I don't force it on others so expect the same courtesy the other way.

You're making excuses for people.
Yes you do, you need to be in either a calorie deficit or maintain. Regardless, you still track and watch what you eat so don’t act like you aren’t doing shvt to seem mighty on the internet.

well I prefer to eat like a normal person, so tracking calories ftw. I can look good and not eat your brown rice shvtty chicken breast/egg whites dog food everyday

theres definitely an argument out there for calories in v calories out is what matters most and you don;t have to eat the typical stuff all the time to get in excellent shape. obviously theres a tipping point and it becomes detrimental for health, energy, well being etc. I'm quite fortunate in that as much as I enjoy food, I can eat the typical clean stuff all the time without feeling like i'm missing out.

tbf I should have said I weigh a far amount of my portions out (which takes seconds before you say thats a massive choir :D), but I haven't tracked calories for years. If I want to lean out I'll start reducing carbs slightly over weeks/months, then start gradually increasing again after I've been in a deficit for ages. Honestly couldn;t tell you amount of calories I eat, but pretty fortunate (at least when it comes to staying lean) with being tall, slim, long limbed and doing loads of excercise so don;t need to eat anything drastically low.

Is it really that complex dude.. Getting buff alone does not get you the gina... It simply increases your sexual market value.

Dude who is a 6.5 can upgrade to 7.5 if he builds a killer body for himself.. Those extra points will help him do better in landing a woman. The confidence boost alone will improve his chances.

If your a goofy, beta, no job having, zero game having cuck, then obviously getting jacked isn't going to be enough to get the lay.

This isn't Quantum Physics guys!

Pretty obvious if you look like you take care of yourself, have better skin, healthier complexion, looking physically strong like a protector & can handle a show down..

Obviously that is more attractive than being a big lard azz sack of potatoes.

The guys who keep talking about the negatives of training & banging on about Gymcel are only thinking about females & sex.

Fitness/training has so many other benefits, besides woman.
100% agree. I've lost nearly 40 pounds in the past few months through the gym and proper diet. I hated the way I looked, hated myself, and had a relationship with a woman that didn't last and in hindsight was toxic. It messed me up even more than I was.

I was unhealthy, blood pressure out of control, and felt like garbage everyday I woke up.

Ditched the woman, got my ass in the gym, and I'm working on improving myself. I'm late to the game (35) but better late than never. I'm not 100%, but I'm in a much better frame than I was 4 months ago. Its only going to get better.

Lifting, working out, and proper diet does a lot more than just helping attract women.

I’m telling you it’s no greater feeling than walking into a room with a shirt that could possibly be considered a size too small and watching girls eye-f*ck you when you walk by.

Men hold you in a higher esteem and automatically give you respect. Girls will walk up, touch your biceps and open you.

Your coworkers will respect you, your performance at work will improve, your family will admire you ..Your energy and mood will be better, you’ll have stronger erections Girls will put out faster, and you’ll have access to quality, fit women you did not have before.

I advise anyone who is struggling in dating, confidence or life in general to put down the phone and go to the gym right now.
If you are completely clueless, hire a trainer and nutritionists. If you know a little bit, read more and experiment and get those gains.

it will fix almost everything ..
Aaron Clarey says gym till you are an 8. I agree OP + approach. Miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

You need fewer social skills and less charisma as a muscular guy to get laid, especially if you are a muscular guy 6'0'+. Being muscular and 5'8" isn't amazing.
Zac Efron is 5'8 and muscular, women love him. The rock arguably has more charisma and is significantly taller, but i have yet to see any female fan girls.

Adding an extra meal to your normal eating routine is not tracking calories ffs..

Reducing one meal a day from your normal eating routine is not tracking calories.

You jokers need to stop making excuses, by trying to add super complexity to something that is pretty damn simple to do.

You guys have every excuse under the sun, to downplay the benefits of getting ripped/jacked.

Bunch of lightweights haha

OP presents zero evidence that anything he claims happened actually did happen.

It's all a figment of his imagination.

It just shows you how dumb and gullible most people are.

I’m a big proponent of IIFYM and calorie tracking, and very anti chicken broccoli and rice lmao. So just curious.

How do you lean bulk without tracking calories? Idk if I could do it lol.

When cutting, I can just reduce the portions to as small as I can, and still hit high protein. Then I’ll be fine.

But I’d be freaked out not tracking calories when bulking. Eat too much and you’ll gain unnecessary fat. Eat too little and you’re not giving your body the tools needed to gain muscle.

Just curious how you handle it without tracking!

Once you've been doing it for years you have baseline and diet routine.in the same way you reduce portions to lose weight, I just gradually increase the other way. I weigh tge food most of the time too, but don't don't count calories.
