    You need more fats, fats don't make you fatter, sitting on your ass does. So if you lift you won't get fat. You'll gain some fat, but don't worry, you won't turn into a fata$$ in 2 seconds. Fats are anabolic, you need them to grow muscle. The problem with today's society are carbs, not fats.

    It's not 120/0.5, it's 120*0.5=60 grams of fat. Anyway, don't worry so much about nutrient ratios, make sure you get a lot of protein (over 150 grams a day, you need at least 120, not 80) and lots of calories.
