Yeah..Going to the gym is the best thing any guy can do. It gives you soo much confidence, plus people do notice your body under your clothes and it makes it all worthwhile :D

I think what everybody has said is correct. You cannot jude their feelings towards you soely on their touch! But i think when they are touching certain areas with their hands regually, take notice...
Cardio deplets muscle. If your body fat is quite low, there is no need for cardio to cut. Of course, if you want to make yourself overall fitter cardio is good for that.

You can isolate or emphasize the lower, higher and outta pectual areas of your chest.
Those creams will do as much as doing more repetitions to tone more..NOTHING!!

How long do you suggest these kinds of things should take at the gym. Because ive spent in excess of 2 hours at the gym sometimes doing almost all muscle groups in 1 day - bad idea?
Would you suggest against working the same muscle groups more then once a week?

Vaccuums wouldn't do anything! It has been proven time and time again that resistance is needed to stress the muscle enough to cause ANY significant gains!!
I think the most logically thing to do would be to rest and start working out again once your back to full health. Working out while sick could lengethen the longarity of the sickness, having an even worse effect on your workout...
This is why im quite paranoid of doing Squats and other things that work my arse. I won't start doing such a thing until i have removed ALL excess fat. I'm paranoid of having a large ass, as i have seen soo often on people in the gym!
