Okay, this may be weird coming from a guy, but.... I've developed a big butt! Help!
Haha.... for years I was one of those guys that only worked out my upper body. I've been training legs for about 8 months now, and have made very noticeable gains... but I seem to be genetically programmed to have overly developed glutes.
What to do?
I was thinking about eliminating the Smith machine squats altogether and substituting hack squats instead.
Should I modify leg press as well?
Maybe reduce my range of motion?
I definitely DO NOT want to sacrifice my quad development.
Granted, I could use to do more cardio to burn off the remaining winter flab... but I don't think the excess backside mass is due to fat, since my diet has been pretty healthy all along, and my waist if anything has gotten smaller.
Suggestions?
