    You can isolate or emphasize the lower, higher and outta pectual areas of your chest. Those creams will do as much as doing more repetitions to tone more..NOTHING!!

    I think the most logically thing to do would be to rest and start working out again once your back to full health. Working out while sick could lengethen the longarity of the sickness, having an even worse effect on your workout...
