When is the best time to work out?

Timing isn't a huge issue and you can make progress either way. The metabolism boost in the morning from weight training or HIIT would be of a greater benefit of course. Personally I workout at around 2pm lik e Celadus does.

    neone know about legs?

A personal favorite of mine is Walking Dumbell Lunges. These will give you DOMS in your glutes live you've never felt. As for how often that is a difficult question. Personally I do legs once a week, I have done them up to 4x a week in the past, but my current routine only calls for once a...

    Healthy snacks?

Yes almonds and other nuts provide a good source of fatty acids that can have significant benefits. Also nuts tend to be very calorie dense and they provide a decent source of protein.

    incline/decline bench

This is true, the chest contracts as a whole however there are 2 parts, upper and lower. When you do inclines more "emphasis" is put onto the upper chest and when you do declines more "emphasis" is put onto the lower chest. Regardless of which you do though, the chest contracts as a whole...

Is My Recent Ex- Girlfriend Worth Fighting For?

I'm sorry for your loss. You need to never speak to her again. Life can suck sometimes, deal with it, be a man. Goodluck to you.

    Should I be afraid?

Forget about the girl regardless of what you do with the siberian. You haven't even banged her yet and already she is causing problems for you, you don't need that crap man. There are plenty of nice pretty girls out there that won't cause problems for you. About the "scary siberian" well that...

    Body Fat

I find body fat serves as a good way to measure how lean I am. I also agree that the mirror works best of course but associating a number with your body fat is always useful. 7.4% is not unrealistic, pre-contest I go down to about 4% bodyfat. When not competing I walk around at about 6-7%.

    south beach diet

I do not know the specifics, but I personally know two people have used the south beach diet with some success. If you are looking for a diet I would highly recommend looking into Lyle Mcdonald's Ultimate Diet 2.0, it works very well. Goodluck.

    Tuna

The FDA recommends no more than 1 can a day due to high mercury levels. I also know people who have eaten tuna for years with no problems, this includes myself. Whether you eat tuna or not is your decision, but being aware of the risks is always good. There are multiple studies that show that...

Do I bulk or do i cut?

I would say bulk. Just curious are you relatively new to training?

    exercise bike workout

If you aren't going to eat less I would say HIIT is the superior choice in reaching your goals. Weight loss is a function of calories in and calories out, but HIIT basically improves the body's ability to oxidize fat. It is even possible to lose "fat" and maintain LBM while eating at a...

    What should i say?

When a random girl comments about my body I usually reply with "thanks" and a smile. When my girlfriend comments about my body I always reply with, "your so little you make me feel strong" or "my arm is the size of your head", that kind of thing hehe. Or how about "yea I bet I could pick you up...

    Feeling weak after training

A full meal 2 hours before working out would be ideal, otherwise 20 grams of carbs, maltodextrin or dextrose would work, and about 10 grams of protein mixed in water would work well. The idea behind this is that you kickstart the recovery process earlier as well as work out in a non catabolic...

How is it bad/too low that I press 150lbs?

That is very good. At your bodyweight that is excellent strength.

    Musclemilk

Personally I think it is a waste of money. If you are looking into supplementing I would first make sure that you are. 1. Getting at least 0.8grams of protein per lb of bodyweight 2. Getting sufficient EFA's in your diet, ~3 grams per day 3. Eating sufficient calories in relation to your...

    Feeling weak after training

How many sets/exercises did you do? How long were you in the gym for? Tip for helping you with your energy and recovery ability: Postworkout take in 30-50 grams of carbs, like dextrose or maltodextrin, and about 20-40 grams of protein in water or have a full meal that has slow/fast...
