I dunno what happened today. I trained hard at the gym, I was feeling good, and then, after about 30 minutes, I felt so soft and weak.... I had a hard time lifting my school bag... does that mean I trained well ? or too heavy ?
I don't think I trained too heavy because it doesn't hurt or anything, I just feel weak
Is that normal ? I don't know much about muscles so don't flame :)

It is possible you overtrained. Very possible and most likely. I say give it a few days before training again.

How many sets/exercises did you do? How long were you in the gym for?

Tip for helping you with your energy and recovery ability:
Postworkout take in 30-50 grams of carbs, like dextrose or maltodextrin, and about 20-40 grams of protein in water or have a full meal that has slow/fast digesting carbs and protein. This will do a world of good for your training if you are not already doing this. Goodluck:)

Did you have any pre-workout carb?

Anyone have any suggestions on pre-workout drinks/carbs?

A full meal 2 hours before working out would be ideal, otherwise 20 grams of carbs, maltodextrin or dextrose would work, and about 10 grams of protein mixed in water would work well. The idea behind this is that you kickstart the recovery process earlier as well as work out in a non catabolic state. Goodluck:)
