Venom, I'm not trying to undermine your post here. There's a lot of good points and the general idea of get ur azz to the gym is just plain good advice. But something just doesn't add up. Lets say you're a massive 220 lean muscle @ 300 lbs thats 36% body fat. That's pushing Corrector lvl of bodyfat. Lets say you were at 20% bodyfat, a generally accepted aesthetic level that would garnering the attention you're claiming(good muscle definition, abs starting to show). That would put you at 250lbs of lean muscle, that's Mr.Olympia levels of muscle mass here were talking. So you're either a fat fvck who's coping hard or a humble mass monster. Or maybe I'm way off in my estimates.

disagree fully lol
Yeah, just like you disagree fully with the concept of cold approaching.

You and I are on different ends of the spectrum when it comes to these topics.

It ain't no thang though.

Just sharing my experiences and offering advice based upon it.

If you are fuking wit it, then fuk wit it.

If not, continue to get it how you get it.

I say all this as I am in route to the gym.

Lil sh!t stopping, big sh!t poppin.

- If you are middle aged,
- very muscular,
- even just moderately attractive (you don’t need to be a Chad),
- carry yourself
- speak with poise and confidence,

you will attract many women
Thats a lot of things to do to attract a woman.

My experiences are my experiences.

No one can take away my experiences.

Doesn't matter what theories you have or how you view reality...because at the end of the day, your theories don't trump my own personal testimony.

And I say this respectfully, because just like guys have their theories about how cold approaching isn't effective and why men shouldn't do it..meanwhile, I was out there having success with it.

Do their theories or preconceived notions trump my actual successes? No.

To all the naysayers, keep thinking I'm bullsh!tting and don't bulk up.

Meanwhile, I will continue doing what I do and getting what I've been getting (not necessarily talking to you, but generally speaking).

It is not that difficult if one is modestly attractive and gregarious.

I’m hanging in my car now. A woman in the grocery store sparked up a conversation with me out of the blue five minutes ago while I was shopping. If I were single I likely would’ve kept it going.

If any man feels stuck, but yet wants to play the game with better results, gym, money and game is his way to go.
I was with you until you said money.

I just think money and hypergamy is mad overrated.

Thats unfortunate to hear.

Because I'm with you on this. A great physique = half the job.

But lets not fool ourselves: the other half,or 25% at least is about money. Money to optimize your self that is, to decorate your life with the things you want ,like and think are best suited for your own style of being.

You wanna compliment the great physique with great style. To do this we need money. Making money is just another way of gaming. Money women businesses, its all Game.

I will always tell a aspiring fellow dj to get his money up as much as possible.

To clarify: I've been playing the game for years without having money. Looking back that's what stopped me from being a 360 allround dj and it actually hurt my overall game. You don't wanna lead with your wallet, but knowing you have an enough might also add to your game. ESPECIALLY a man ,like I said, whose struggling shouldn't "risk" playing without money.

Nice work OP. You probably look like a bull. That means you are seen by society as more useful than 99.99% of men. That is what people judge each other on at face value. It is biology.

Consider the picture below..

Bruce Lee standing next to Bolo Yeung.

One has a lean muscular physique, and the other has a bulky muscular physique.

Of the two, which one do you think will fill out a shirt more?

Bolo Yueng.

In my experience, my bulky frame is what gets me the ACC (Appearance, Confidence, Compliments).

Since that is what's been working for me, I will only recommend what's been proven to work for me.

However, you can't go wrong with the lean muscular look either.

Outside of his martial arts prowest, Bruce Lee has been known to be the prototype for the lean, muscular look.

He was reowned for his emphasis on health, fitness, and diet.

But for what gets me the ICC, I'm going with the Bolo Yueng look.

So, I recommend going for bulk.

But I am not gonna sh!t on the guy going for the lean/ripped look because if you approach a woman with a Bruce Lee physique wearing a wife beater tank top, I'm sure she will find you attractive.

Bruce Lee had the attitude too. Not sure about the other guy. Fyi attitude can be folded into looks.

The attitude is "I am working towards being a better version of my physical self".

Once you thrive towards that..

Then the attitude becomes "I can get any woman I want".

I've done (and am currently doing both), and it has been quite an exhilarating experience.

Two things:

If you have affluence, women will come to you, but for what you can provide, not for who you are. When women like me, they are into me, not into what I can financially provide because I don't lavish women with luxury.

While I'm a former bouncer who can fill a doorway, I don't have a ripped physique. I'm a martial artist, but never trained to get muscular, so I can be considered 'formidable', but I don't care about a little body fat.

Funny story:
I met a trim fit girl and one of her first questions was "do you go to the gym?" and she seemed strangely intense about that. Now, I know many guys who would say something like 'yes, I work out' or 'not as often as I'd like to, but...'.
I'm not going to lie about that. I dislike working out, so my exercise is mostly riding my bicycle and walking around. As a result, I don't look like an athlete, but I'm in decent shape.
"Do I look like I go to the gym?" I said with a grin. "My type of exercise is aimed more at stamina than sculpting my buddha body."
"You mean like cardio?"
"I mean like prolonged sex sessions."
That got her interest. When we got to her house, I found a photo of an 'Adonis', who turned out to be the reason for her asking me if I went to the gym. The guy was an ex and she confessed to me that she had been shallow enough to get aroused just from looking at his body. However, the guy was a true 'gym rat' and spent most of his free time working out. He'd go to work, come home for a protein shake (very careful about what he'd put in his body) and to pick up his gear, go to the gym to work out for a couple of hours and when he came home he went to bed early (or he 'would get bags under his eyes'). Sex was more about him than her and very infrequent, because his work-out schedule was more important to him.
In the end she split up with him because he was too obsessed with maintaining his physique.
She had a high sex drive and even though we didn't live together we'd have sex 6-7 times a week and she enjoyed that she could make me food or have an occasional snack without counting calories.

My conclusion is that it's good to exercise to be healthy and have strength and stamina, but don't obsess over having a sculpted body unless it's a crucial factor in your career (athlete, (porn) actor, et cetera). Don't do it to impress the ladies, the ROI stinks. I'd rather spend the hours in bed than in the gym.
I don't think the vast majority of people/men obsesses over going to the gym and building muscle.

The obsessors are the expection to the rule.

Going to the gym 4x a week should be a normal healthy lifestyle choice.

I actually agree 100% with you on that.

I was gonna make a thread related to this topic, but messed around and put it on the back burner.

Time to get on it because it is important, I think.
