yeah,130 felt like nothing,i dont know how it works but it felt more efficient than a conventional pull.

I guess its part of the learning curve,as we progress,we tend to find d stuff that works for our bodies and make adjustments to it.
Like ive found that all pressing movements with a dumbell,give me shoulder problems,whereas barbells are fine.
Or my scapula doesnt like dips.i like dips but i stay away from it.

my forearms measurements.....well ive been doing it wrong the whole time, i was measuring my fvcking wrist anyway a trainer measured it for me, 14.6"

today i looked at my delts and damn! i can see the three heads completely separated and defined. i was like holy sh!t why didnt i notice it before...
must be the antidepressants or because i dont have a mirror at home....

anyway my posterior delt is lagging so gotta fix that.

my medial delt is lagging, but I cant do lateral raises for it - bone catches on the inside. I just do the things I CAN do, that engage it a little.



Rear delts - I hit a standing row with wide grip, you'll feel them tear up. then do rear delt fly to finish them - get a good ole pump.

I added behind the neck push press to my routine a few months ago and I love them, do it mate

Switch, if you`re squatting 140 kg for 20, your DL and 1 RM squat should easily be above 250 kg and 220 kg respectively... Thats`between 550-600 lbs for DLs and 480 lbs plus for squats for us imperial folk. Why set your goals so low? I`m willing to bet you can easily do a 200 kg pull cold without a warm up with those kind of numbers.

My personal best with a 20-rep breathing squat was 105 kg x 20 at a bodyweight of 77 kg , and I had a 200-210 kg DL at the time.

3 plates for 20 is an amazing feat though... I don`t think I`ve ever seen anyone do it and I`ve been around world-class athletes!!!!

Also seems funny that your gym squat record is 110 x 1... I`ve cleaned that before at a bodyweight of 82 kg. Haha maybe you should find a new gym, doesn`t seem like you belong there!

depression.depression and more depression. ive been down pretty badly lately since i HATE THIS FVCKJING SH!THOLE.
i have to bear up my BS job for another year. the locals here are absolute retards.my family has abandoned me , friends are assh0les...lots of things.

on thursday i was in a good mood after a very long time,... hence the PR.if you notice ive been sitting on 100-110 for like 4 months now...
so i have had the potential for a very long time,hell i could even compete but its my brain thats holding me back.


the people here suck at pretty much everything. ,my gym is full of faggots which ive started to refer to as "gymboys", .anyway its near my house, like 5 mins away so its convenient.but the people in it are weak as a kitten.

actually the 110kgs PR was boasted by the trainer , but seeing his frame i doubt its a parallel even,maybe he had done it as a partial...no joke, these people are like twigs. the rack is of low quality and at weights above 130 it literally "bounces back and forth like a cradle".

the local campus has a gym and a supposedly talented faggot...he squats 500lbs while looking like a sweat towel soaked in molten mars bars and smelling like athlete's foot pickled in mayonnaise. its pretty far away and there are even more "gymboys" there.
i should check it out though.

edit : my current weight is 85 kgs

You can't help these people, best bet is to ignore them. Once the "interaction" is over, put it out of your mind. Don't let it stew inside you, you'll feel worse.
