my medial delt is lagging, but I cant do lateral raises for it - bone catches on the inside. I just do the things I CAN do, that engage it a little.
Rear delts - I hit a standing row with wide grip, you'll feel them tear up. then do rear delt fly to finish them - get a good ole pump.

3 plates for 20 is an amazing feat though... I don`t think I`ve ever seen anyone do it and I`ve been around world-class athletes!!!!
Also seems funny that your gym squat record is 110 x 1... I`ve cleaned that before at a bodyweight of 82 kg. Haha maybe you should find a new gym, doesn`t seem like you belong there!
