i dont really feel anything from 140 anymore,i could jerk off while doing it. i remember about 8 months ago, i went to the starting strength forums
and i was watching "squat form " videos,in which i saw guys squatting 130, 110and 100 with fancy shoes and lifting belts...

i thought" man,that must be pretty heavy...wearing a belt must be really important huh?"

little did i know that these faggots are just a bunch of sissies without a trace of testosterone in their system.
i have never used a belt ,my lifting shoes have holes in the front (i swear,im not kidding) and my sweat towel is full of holes and mold. my t-shirts are all ragged, they are full of mold as well.no fancy headphones either,i hate music.

140 is getting dull, im gonna focus on 170 for now :D

P.S im taking parkour to supplement my ninjutsu..

1.made a pair of new cargo pants by cutting my old jeans,way more durable than the crap i see in the shops IMO.

2.had a look at the local newspaper today, "new powerlifting record broken"

i was like "oh someone did something in this sh!thole"
ilooked at the figure, it was a deadlift of . . . . . 215kgs (440lbs) in the 82kg category. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

shows that i live in a SH!THOLE FULL OF PVSSIES. (btw world record in 82kg category is 300kgs/660lbs)

the day i leave this hellhole,i will treat every hobo to a happy meal.

3.in other news, i have found a new found love for 21's , and will apply them to my squats, bench and triceps as well as ofc the biceps
since i lack 18" arms ,i will put some extra effort in the hated arms dept. (16.3" right now,pathetic)

yeah,i go to the new gym in the morning, which means im the only guy who is there, soim alone.which is a good thing.

in other news, last night,i had to kill a fvcking cobra with a wooden club at 3 am.

yes 3 fvcking am,my landlord woke me up,gave me a wooden club and said : "you are athletic ,would you please kill that little snake?"

turned out to be a young cobra....with a hood , and mean look,nasty tongue , the whole package.it was little,yes,like my FVCKING ARM LENGTH....how dafuq is that "small" ?lol

edit : i just found out that the local poison control center doesnt have antidotes for the local cobras . . . . . . in fact it would take them 3 days to ship out a batch from aussie,and evn that is not for the local snakes,its just a generic run of the mill drug.......great , i feel much safer now >__>

i need to increase my bench in a hurry, 110kgs is fvcking derogatory, ill be doing a hypertrophy routine for a while to increase the mass.

so today will be like:

cardio (20 100m sprints, 10 200m sprints , 5 300m sprints == 5.5km of sprints)

delts:
military press 8X4
lateral raise 8X6
BTN press 8X4
klokoves 8x4
rear delt pec 12X6

upright rows 8X8
shrugs 5x10 sets
rows 10X4
deadlifts 1X30

abs , sit ups ,leg raise and some other stuff...

overtraining ! the boogey men will pop out of the ground and chainsaw me!! wahhhhhh!!!! ripetoe save us! lambant wretches!!!

do upright rows close grip to hit traps more and wide grip for rear delts - Dunno if you knew that already...

Also - the best thing ive found for Abs by far is the DB pullovers and vertical pullovers. I occasionally do leg raise, but i dont do situps and crunches - I dont have the attention span to do fvcing situps to failure - soooo fvcking boring!!!!

LMAO yeah ,actually deadlifts are an ab exercise for me since i lift with a fully rounded back....thats the natural form for me, and ive found out that konstantinove as well as peoples deadlifts the same way... :D

as for the uprights, thanks a LOT.i was looking for a rear delt exercise all week, and the pec machine sucks.i used to do them close grip only, so thanks.

sit ups are fvcking boring. but what i do is, i do a boxing combo at the top, like jab jab cross , which makes me feel like rocky balboa...they are still boring though....


and i think i have found a good girl ... the jury is still out. who knows ,she might be the infamous "mayor of wh0resville",

Im pretty sure they hit the rear delt too - at least they tear up the inside head of the tricep so Id be surprised if they dont :up:

came home and noticed my quads were swollen like two nuke missiles.
lower body genetics means my calves are 18" although i never train them..... it also means that my pecs are small and the triceps suck as well as sh!tty deltoids....

got drunk , bicep curled somebody' squat , i took the bar of the rack during his "intense" sets and curled it for him 6 reps. it was like 50kgs....i think 3 sets...then i went to the locker, got some lager..... squatted some plates...

came home, lager ,lager ,now vodka......i love vodka...now im on youtube watching random vids..im now becoming sober....
