saw a faggot using a belt for shrugging 80 kgs. he was doing the 2 inch shrug a.k.a i dont have balls shrugs.
i saw him , i laughed my ass off and i ridiculed him and his friends as loud as possible between my sets.calling them "infected vag!nas".

My newly appointed gf is going back to see her parents for a while,so i got like 4 weeks to train after i FINISH D FVCKING EXAMS....

Its going to be me,the rack and the bar beside the gym, 9am -6pm and thats my holidays.

arms are 16.9 arghhhhhhhhhh nearly 17" yessssssssssssssssssssssss.

im starting to realize a few principles of lifting ,and will try my very own "bro theories" this holiday.
i believe that we, as humans are limited in lifting due to our fvcking brains.our brains INHIBIT our muscles to "save" us from heavy weights.
ants can lift like 200X bw , chimps and baboons are fvcking strong and we all know that racoons can kill hunting dogs 3Xbw.this is bcuz their brains dont have a good connection to their muscles and everything is controlled by their spinal nerves(PNS)

hopefully i will find a way to STFU the brain's inhibitory signals :D.

im pretty much going into pseudoscience territory ,lot of you are probably thinking that im going cuckoo lol

I agree. Almost every situation is viewed as life or death by an animal, so they go all out, all the time. There is no intelligence to tell them to hold back. As far as gorillas and apes go, I think they also have better leveraged muscle insertions...a 90 lb chimp once produced over 1100 lbs of pulling force in an experiment..with one arm.

exam ended at 1pm and i was in the gym by 1:30i started hammering at deadlifts, rack pulls ,bottom position bench and power cleans.

i was like a fat-fvck from alabama who had been kept away from food for 2 weeks, jailed in max.security conditions and deprived of his favorite taco hell.
then without warning he is teleported into dunkin donuts for a free food buffet.what happens? RAMPAGEEEEE

i came home limping....fvcked my girl for 6 hours, slept , fvcked again , went to the gym this morning for german volume training.

after workout, in the coffee shop there were two hot broads eyeing me like "threesome is approved" i mean the b!tch was biting her lip lol.
but i was like "sorry mission control, we have a dedicated hole now.abort ,abort ."

she is a good girl and i dont wanna mess this up .......

anyway ....ill be hitting the iron for 6 days in a row...

It wasn't one specific study, I just recalled that fact out of many things I've read on the topic, because at one point I was obsessed with how strong primates are....it's just fvcking crazy. Here's a quick article I found (I would consider The Straight Dope to be pretty reputable)

A 165-pound man, by comparison, could manage a one-handed pull of about 210 pounds.
Even more frightening, a female chimp, weighing a mere 135 pounds and going by the name of Suzette, checked in with a one-handed pull of 1,260 pounds.
In dead lifts, chimps have been known to manage weights of 600 pounds without even breaking into a sweat. A male gorilla could probably heft an 1,800-pound weight and not think twice about it.
My memory was a bit off, but still, pretty insane. That was almost 90 years ago though so you have to wonder about the accuracy of the test.

so there you go dear sosuave. 14 months of training. 240kgs (530lbs) on the deadlift. and i used to sit in a wheelchair.
i am also coming to the belief that im a genetic freak. (90kgs, 5'8", 11%bf)


EDIT: it seems my knees are telling me to fvck off and jump off a cliff and my hara is pulsating worse than ever.
(my 4 packs contract involuntarily ,so my stomach "jumps" in and out every few minutes,its bcuz of chi and its fvcking annoying)
....looks like i gotta lay off chi assimilation for a while...oh well back to light weights GERMAN VOLUME TRAINING tomorrow ...time to dump chi into useless exercises.

on another note i should write about chi in powerlifting......nah...bad idea.

circus training. i have officially made a new way to fvck around the gym.i call it circus training because it focuses on putting on a show for others.i basically do a circus act.

biceps curls
triceps extensions
military press
power cleans
front squats
triceps extensions
shrugs
300m sprint

i really need to do squats again ,but im fvcking bored by them.
ill try front squats tomorrow.

holidays. my friends are ALL out of town. my gf is out of the country. i am voiding my family due to the fact that they irritate the sh!t out of me

anyway.here i am sitting on my carpet,playing wow after 3 years and the first thing that came to my mind was "this is effing boring, how dafuq did i play this before? lol"

so i am basically running a schedule like this :

1.gym
2.write fake research paper
3.work on da guitar (have to learn some new chords and songs )
4.play old vid games (bcuz new ones suck)
5.thinking wtf i should buy next year...a compound bow is a good idea.

i probably will run a back squat,front progression today.then maybe go 10X10 on as many exercises as i can.im fvcking boooooored. fvck my research paper.
