LMAO yeah ,actually deadlifts are an ab exercise for me since i lift with a fully rounded back....thats the natural form for me, and ive found out that konstantinove as well as peoples deadlifts the same way...Purefilth said:do upright rows close grip to hit traps more and wide grip for rear delts - Dunno if you knew that already...
Also - the best thing ive found for Abs by far is the DB pullovers and vertical pullovers. I occasionally do leg raise, but i dont do situps and crunches - I dont have the attention span to do fvcing situps to failure - soooo fvcking boring!!!!
