ok so i heard the term "you are too big" for the 69498949494th time..now honestly that was my goal to begin with so no complains here.

jesus , girls are scared of me apparently, or so i overheard.
im going to stop bulking and just maintain my size. maybe increase the traps but thats it.

arms 16.1 "
neck 17"
forearms 15"
chest - i dont know but i think around 43 - 46 "
waist 30 "
calves - i dont know maybe 16 "

all of that at 5'8" after just one year.i look like a mini - hulk.except that i got a big nose.
now if only i could increase my height by two inches argggggghhhhh crap. oh well.

As a novice you can't really overtrain. Like you, I think the term is thrown around way too freely.

i believe that westerners tend to make things complicated.
i have read around probably more than 200 books on nutrition , lifting etc... and i have to say most of those books were outright Bvllsh!t.

recent events in my life :
1.my dad wants me to go back to my country,work in his bloody clinic and marry a housewife... no way

2. got rejected by a cvnt who claimed : "im too lazy to date",

whatever,on to the next girl

3. i ditched ortho, since its boring as fvck,and am planing to study for OMF surgery, i dont know why i did it , but i expect to be wasting 20+ years of my life on this crap....oh well i already wasted 6 years on my BDS so yeah.....

4.i will hit a PR on all 3 lifts in the upcoming week

5. im mentally broke

6.there is a cvnt who flaked on a movie date , but now keeps asking "hey did you go to that movie ?". need to tell her to shut up.fvcking c0ck tease LOOOOL

7.another cvnt wants my man-juice but i have to focus on exams right now so i put her on the backburner.

8.need to find a purpose in life
