i usually go to the gym at 4-5a.m but i was playing EU4 last night, and anyone who has played that game knows that you cant stop till dawn :yes:
so i woke up today and found out its 6am ,i got off the bed and got my sleepy ass to jog down to the gym in freezing weather + monsoon rain.

and i went back to bed, since its cold and rainy as fvck. :yawn:

arms are 15.5" (+0.5) originally my arms were 11.8" on OCT 5 2012. compare that to my current forearms size :box:

forearms are barely 12.5" (+0.3)

traps = visible under a normal T-shirt, size= hill, (i need mountains :D)

shoulders rounded, some division between the heads.size = ok but needs to be bigger, at least a football

for some bloody reason, im starting to hate/dislike sweet things.
last night i got a few pieces of cake from a friend of mine,and while i usually swallow the whole thing in one go, it took me an hour to just eat a small piece.
im also losing weight.

my to-fvck list: (read on and laugh at my life.its a joke.)

1.had to spend 100 bucks for a new HDD ,bcuz local electricity board cut the power while i was installing windows.fvk my life.

2.no work for one week.fvck my employer.

3.also fvck the cvnt who thinks i can play a female role in language class.i would fist fvck her,but she looks like a silver back gorilla with downs syndrome.ass-hole.also

4.fvck the skinny asshat who tells me ATG squats are wrong and that i should perform the "correct form"= quarter reps. haha sticked his mom in her ass.

same fvcker fails to recount the name of the exercise and refers to it as "going up with the weight". really? you dont even know that its called a back squat & you giving me advice?

the trainer tells me "you lift too heavy,you scaring us bro". apparently a measly 100 kg is intimidating for these schmoes.considering anyone without AiDS can actually lift 100 kg i think .....oh god. i wanna get ouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut of heeeeeeeeeeeere.

5. faggots in pink wearing a "metrosexual gay look". i wanna punch them through a wall,then rape their eye sockets.

6.that guy who doesnt have a spine and gives in to neanderthal. (see 3.)

Thats just the way commercial gyms are Switch, I always see stupid sh!t going on and dumba$$ trainers giving sh!tty advice.. Or the other week I was doing Good Mornings right after squatting and some guy came up and started giving me squat advice. Had explain to him what I was doing.. :rolleyes:

You just gotta get in your own head and psyche yourself up and worry about what your doing. Lead by example..

thanks so much guys. i really need the encouragement since my friends and family dont really share the same ideas/goals as i do.
actually nobody lifts in my circle,so i dont have a gym buddy or anyone to talk to about lifting.

update:
im going to start with ninjutsu again.i used to do it when i was a kid but gave up after a while.i know the basics so i can cover the rest with a book.

im also going to start meditation & chi kung

i had read glenn morris's book before but i was a teen back then and didnt fully understand it.last night i just started to read it again after 4 years and voila! i could understand everything.

according to him , its pretty hard to do it alone, but i live out in the mountains and the local monks dont really meditate so im on my own.
ill keep a journal on my way to "self discovery".

i always hated yoga so gonna go with chi kung.

if all this chi control and chi kung is legit,then i might be able to use it in lifting.i do have my doubts but this thing might work, so...why not? hahaha

started reading a book by a looney called mantak chia.he seems like one of those yogi asshats who scam people off using pseudo science, but i thought ill give it a try anyways.

there is a problem.
i would usually set the racks in the 6th hole in the squat rack,then i would squat till i hit the racks.that gave me parallel.

eversince i started to squat in an ultra wide stance, i feel that i go way deeper than my conventional stance.so deep that it feels unnatural.
so i had to set the racks to level 7th.

i hit tad bit lower than parallel at 7th,even though its 2 inches above my usual height.

has anyone experienced this before?

going wider you'll have to drop the weight a bit and strengthen that stance.

Eventually it will feel more natural, but your nerves and muscles need to learn a new movement - so lik 300 - 500 reps.

Anyone feel free to correct me if i'm wrong - just mr.Broscience here :p

Pure has a point...

If your normally squatting with a closer stance and doing olympic style squats, its gonna be more quad' dominant. The wider stance (Power Squat) most strength athletes use will focuses more on your posterior chain; Glutes/Hams, low Back and hips. You only have to have your hip crease just below the knee joint to hit parallel - as in competition. There will also be a difference between how a Raw squat looks vs a equipped squat. You dont need to go too wide with your stance either, little more than shoulder width is a good starting point.
