    here's my extremely unqualified opinion. if it's making your muscles sore it's probably doing some form of damage to your muscles which in turn will make them grow. standard squats of course will do this much better as you are adding weight and using a larger range of motion.

    sounds good in theory but creatine absortion is improved if taken with a simple sugar so its best to mix it with some fruit juice.
