what's the proper form for situps? I am getting conflicting information about proper form. Should I raise my body with arms behind my heads and let my head touch the knees; or should I raise my body partially with arms stretch out and let the arms touch the knees?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

You might start a debate. Hands-behind-head is the old favorite, but some people are concerned about inadvertant pulling on the back of the neck that may cause injury.
