    it's not rubbish. it does get you shredded, look at the before after pics. if you don't have muscle, you may look worse after shredding. no muscle mass here t6hough

    where did you find the info for this? also, i think there's a sweet spot of about 3-5 hrs of sleep that makes you feel alert, as that feels like a nice nap. at least it happens to me
