personally i couldnt care less about V-Day, I do notthing with my plates (unless i am meeting one of them anyway). Its just a fake celebration and a way for people to spend way more money on the same things they would spend on a normal day.

Exactly my thoughts. I would only add that even if money isnt a problem, investing too soon simply does not work well most of the time, regardless if you value the money you spent or not.
