    I have also noticed that, and the posts here lately have a much darker tone. It's probably due to the fact that the competition is getting even harder, due to the obesity epidemic, bad economy, etc. It'll get worse.

    I had neighbors like this once. I found the circuit breaker box on the side of the building and shut the power to their apartment off every time they got too loud.

    Study says all red meat is bad for you

    Whenever I eat red meat, I feel amazing afterward. I like chicken and fish, but they don't give me the same effect and don't satiate my hunger for as long as red meat does. I would probably eat steak for every meal if I could afford it.

    That would be a criticism of half squats though, not of steroids. If you took 2 athletes and had them both do real squats and gave one steroids, everything else being equal, the one with steroids would make more progress.
