Seated DB Shoulder Press: 30x8, 30x5 dang my shoulders feel real sore, guess thats good ;)
Standing Lateral Raise: 20x8, 20x6
Reverse Bench: 10x3, 50x7 <-- Lot of strain on wrists
Overhead Tricep Extension: 40x7...
