I don't think diet is the cause of most psychological dysfunction..going to see a nutritionist about depression is like going to a mechanic for heart surgery.
Why the hell did he buy her a diamond? That money could've been better used in any number of things, from a car to a down payment on a house to starting a college fund for the baby. Buying diamonds at this stage is irresponsible. It's romantic (I guess; I hate diamonds with a passion [read about...
Ben Sherman (make sure it's made in the UK - the US line is ****ty) make really nice fits in dress shirts. The best way to get fitted dress shirts is through a Hong Kong tailor, though: $30 for a shirt made for you is hard to beat. Look up Jantzen Tailor, shouldn't be too hard to find.
I admit that the vast majority of Seattleites dress poorly, but you hugely overestimate the virtues of Ukraine compared to the rest of the world.
You live in one of the poorest, most corrupt countries in the entire world, and you're mocking the US :)
I agree that primary education in America is bad bad bad. Fortunately, our universities remain far and away the best in the world, which balances that somewhat.
I think there should be more classes on personal finance and emotional intelligence. I was an early entrance student to university...
The Asian dude is a PICK-UP COACH for Pickup 101. Would you want him teaching you how to get laid?
That's pretty much the number one thing I hate about the community, "coaches" like that.
That's about the upper limit of muscularity at that body fat level, I'd say. The final picture is the one I was specifically talking about being necessarily chemically enhanced.
Just lifting weights evidently doesn't give you an idea of how the human muscular system works. The fat is NECESSARY to support the muscle, so you can't have the muscle without it, meaning you can't cut the fat off and keep the muscles looking like his do without using steroids. I'd suggest you...
I didn't say that. MASSIVE striation is only possible through steroids, and natural muscular shoulders are elongated, not round.
Steroids make it possible to have more muscle than your body could otherwise support based on your body fat level. Naturally, a lot of muscle requires a lot of fat...
The striation in his pecs and the roundness of his deltoids indicate that he is using steroids.
The saddest thing about this is that steroid use is so prevalent in our culture, particularly amongst cover models and celebrities, that people don't even recognize it when they see it. Steroid...

You won't see a hit like that in rugby because nobody in rugby stands 15 yards away from the ballcarrier and sprints into him at the snap of the ball. Rugby is tough, for sure, but for different reasons.
I'd recommend securing a good relationship with a therapist before worrying about this site. Good luck with the depression, I know how hard that can be.
I personally think there's little difference between psychotropic medication and illegal drugs and that depression is only in rare case primarily a biological rather than psychological disorder. That being said, I don't begrudge users of anti-depressants if it helps.
CBT isn't the only...
Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman is a good one.
My favorite book of all time is Ralph Ellison's Invisible Man. If you want to read a book about race in America, that's the one. Brilliant.
I posted my strategy, it's worked pretty well for me and I still feel alpha at the end. But the most important thing is.. nobody gets hurt and everybody has a good time. :cheer:
Research suggests that happiness and money are almost completely separate concepts, i.e., if you're unhappy, money won't make you happy, and if you're happy, no money won't make you unhappy. They're unrelated for the most part.
There's an assertive way to defuse potential fights like this, and you didn't take it. The way I do it when guys get in my face in bars and at the mall (this happens for some reason occasionally) is make my body language SUPER AGGRESSIVE like I'm ready to fight and my face calm and say "I'm not...
