It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.

The saddest thing about this is that steroid use is so prevalent in our culture, particularly amongst cover models and celebrities, that people don't even recognize it when they see it. Steroid users don't have to be huge, the shape of their muscles is just as good of a tell. Look for particularly round shoulders and massive striation in muscles, neither of which are attainable in all but a tiny fraction naturally.
I didn't say that. MASSIVE striation is only possible through steroids, and natural muscular shoulders are elongated, not round.Skilla_Staz said:First off, you're saying pec stiation and shoulder development is 100% steroids. I know kids who have rounded shoulders and pec striations...
Muscle is muscle. Roids just helps you get muscle quicker, it doesn't change the way the layout of the muscle. The pec striations and rounded shoulders don't mean a thing when trying to determine if he uses roids. The only thing that will is a blood test or whatever they do.
then you don't have ANY experience or credibility...thats ALL natural no doubt about it...he wouldn't look that much different if he was 160 either.from my own personal experiences and several friends' experiences, I'm positive he's not natural

Steroids make it possible to have more muscle than your body could otherwise support based on your body fat level. Naturally, a lot of muscle requires a lot of fat. Steroids make it so you can have a lot of muscle without the fat. That means denser, rounder shoulders and biceps, as well as the rest of the upper body. For more information on this, read "The Adonis Complex". It's written by three physicians with extensive research experience involving male body dysmorphic disorder and steroids. They developed a "Fat-Free Body Mass Index" that I don't have time to get into right now, but look it up.

You mean you can't look like this without steroids?doctoroxygen said:Just lifting weights evidently doesn't give you an idea of how the human muscular system works. The fat is NECESSARY to support the muscle, so you can't have the muscle without it, meaning you can't cut the fat off and keep the muscles looking like his do without using steroids. I'd suggest you read some human physiology literature, particularly "The Adonis Complex", as I said earlier. Your opinions are unsupported by medical research (information gleaned from personal experience on bodybuilding boards doesn't count for much).
NOTE: Of course I'm not saying that you can't have muscle without fat, just that muscle requires a ratio of fat to support its energy demands (I forget the ratio), and the muscles that Anthony Ellis has are too big to be supported by his body fat level. Actual natural bodybuilders don't really look anything like the example of natural bodybuilding you posted.
