Are you more succesful with them?
Now, I'm far from a chronic masturbater, but I have never reached anywhere close to 100 days (45-ish is my max). Everything you describe as to what you like better now that you have stopped, I experience now even when I'm not trying to stop. I always notice those little things about a girl, and I actually blame that on why I am so picky. People will point out some girl they think is hot, and then I'll comment on something about her they never even noticed.HariPoter13 said:I recently passed the 100 day mark and lately I noticed a definite change in the way I percieve women. Now it's less about their absolute physical appearance and more about tiny little details I didn't notice before like the way they walk, talk, dance, smile, look, wiggle their nose, their personality, ... Truth be told, I like it this way better. Plus, I don't feel randomly depressed anymore.
Tho, you should know about this little trick I started using. Before I would get say up to 40 days, then slip, reset to 0 and lose all motivation. Not good. This time I slipped around day 35 and I told myself I ain't counting this. I'm gonna cheat. No motivation lost. Then same thing around day 80 - cheat and don't lose motivation. Be smart, trick your own mind if you have to. Btw, I feel no urge to watch porn/fap anymore. I only crave women
Damn, dude. Impressive. Any benefit to abstaining that long? Was there any noticeable difference between 2 weeks and 2 months?ScottMustaine said:Day 1.

Day 1 (again)
I believe physically the body can't tell the diference between sex and masturbation, it's all just ejaculation.Solomon said:^^what about sex then, does that logic apply as well?

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20088868RESULTS:
A wide range of better psychological and physiological health indices are associated specifically with penile-vaginal intercourse. Other sexual activities have weaker, no, or (in the cases of masturbation and anal intercourse) inverse associations with health indices. Condom use appears to impair some benefits of penile-vaginal intercourse. Only a few of the research designs allow for causal inferences.
