I was awarded full custody of my son, the house we had together has potential buyers. I've been sticking to my gym routine and turned back to being a spiritual person reading my bible and personal study. I still do miss my EX sometimes the fun moments. I wish she could coparent and be civil but she needs help and I'm not the one not anymore. I'm concerned once the house sells she will disappear leave the state and run off to TN or FL, I just worry how it will affect my son I'll be relieved but he wonder why mommy isn't around anymore. He will be alright in the long run but It's going to be tuff for him.

In a perfect world your son would be best with two loving, grounded parents. However, from what you describe your ex is anything but grounded. Maybe not even loving if she’s willing to abandon her child. In cases like this, your son is probably better off without the chaos your ex brings into his life and with only you there. Stability is so important for children. Bad parents cause more harm than good in most cases.

I'll be in this thread soon, current gf of 1 year is drying up, starting to be critical of me, numerous breakups, focusing on my negatives rather than appreciating my positives. etc etc. Told her to walk a week ago and she did a 180 and said she loved me wants to work through it etc etc. I've been through all this before.

There is some satisfaction in watching it unfold and knowing the play by play. I used to be so confused with the I love you, then cold distant behaviour now it just amuses me. Anyway watch this space.
