It's time to get serious about this stuff once again. From Monday, i'm going on the Max OT programme and i'm going to follow it as strictly as possible. I'm buying whey and creatine tomorrow. No glutamine or any of that kind of stuff.
fvck knows what my weight is just now cuz i've been drinking again with hardly any food. fvckin bouncer didn't allow me into the club with peanuts. come monday morning though, weight should be 70kg with trainers and tshirt (this is how ill record my weight) = 154lbs
body is very cut, very lean; every muscle group is primed for working out.

i'm also gonna take djing seriously again because i really REALLY miss having the DJ attitude. it could get me through anything. i'd feel superior to everybody, probably just because of the fact that i knew i was on a path to selfimprovement while others around me weren't.
and another thing, i don't know ifs cuz of exam stress or because of lack of confidence or lack of working out or lack of djing, but my horniness levels have dropped far too much! i'm still whackin it only once a week. hopefully, the dj thing and the bulking programme will sort me out.
