How many lbs are you weighing man?

Ive never been so serious about weights now as some punk is "after" me, to "try" and kick me in. I realy need to hit 168lbs, then Id look intimidating.

154lbs with trainers, shorts and tshirt. it can go up to 156 or 7 depending on the amount of **** i have in my body :D

man, you must be cut like hell if you're making those lifts and are still on the 11stone mark.

i'm not exactly settling for the way my body looks just now but i'm not making any really serious goals, cuz i don't want it to get in the way of my drinking with the guys. when i do drink though, it's vodka instead of beer. apparently they both have the same amount of nutritionless carbs, but i definitely get more of a belly with beer.

anyways man, good luck getting to 168. you deserve it with those lifts. did you buy that whey and creatine btw?

yes, their both working well. I have killed a part of my social life now, to focus completly on reaching this goal. It's weired as well, before, I was just lifting for vanity, and my gains werent great.

My right arm is just past 14 1/2 which is mad. I used to measure it everyday and now i've left it a while it grew. I'm training my forearms like mad, trying to get them to hit 12".

Creatine is amazing! My energy is scary, I woke up full of life for once.

Great to see you guys are still at it. Solid and I started creatine and bulk on the same day, kind off odd we both had the same idea.

It's time to get serious about this stuff once again. From Monday, i'm going on the Max OT programme and i'm going to follow it as strictly as possible. I'm buying whey and creatine tomorrow. No glutamine or any of that kind of stuff.

fvck knows what my weight is just now cuz i've been drinking again with hardly any food. fvckin bouncer didn't allow me into the club with peanuts. come monday morning though, weight should be 70kg with trainers and tshirt (this is how ill record my weight) = 154lbs
body is very cut, very lean; every muscle group is primed for working out.

i'm also gonna take djing seriously again because i really REALLY miss having the DJ attitude. it could get me through anything. i'd feel superior to everybody, probably just because of the fact that i knew i was on a path to selfimprovement while others around me weren't.

and another thing, i don't know ifs cuz of exam stress or because of lack of confidence or lack of working out or lack of djing, but my horniness levels have dropped far too much! i'm still whackin it only once a week. hopefully, the dj thing and the bulking programme will sort me out.

saturday and sunday: buy whey and creatine, read max ot, make workout and eating plans (think i'm gonna crank up the protein in each mea)l, read the ****in bible

No, It depends on the genetic type. There´re some people that work out and don´t progress much.

The way I see it is, yeh there are people with much better genetics who won't have too eat sooooo much but if I do everything almost perfect I can make very good gains, too. Especially as a beginner. But you have to be reallly really serious about it as a hardgainer, NO THINGS LIKE jerking off, drinking,smoking, eating only 4-5meals,eating not enough protein, getting not enough sleep, thinking I will fail. NO SUCH THINGS ARE ALLOWED!

Yest was a harsh training session. Forearms and a bit of strength testing the shoulders.

I held 2 5kg plates in a lateral position for 30 seconds, for a few sets. It was a killer!
