I drink 'cause my head says "DRINK UP". Not for girls.
Never happens when I'm seriously on the bulking though. Maybe it's that after 4 beers testosterone starts going down...

Recently i've been going to this local club, in town, on my own. There is hardly any hbs there, like 4 on a good night. The ones which are on their own normaly are in relationships anyways. It's good practise though. It makes me not want to fail as the selections are slim.

I had my first rejection there a few weeks back. i asked a grl to dance (when she was already dancing :eek: ), and she just shook her head. It fellt awesome, and I actualy went home with a smile on my face.

After a few weeks practise, i went to a proper club, and was pulling hb9s.

I'm off the weights for a week, majour overtrained. I'm just doing a bit of grip training.

yeh that's what i'm doin all the time now. approaching on the floor. i've had countless rejections and every time i get one, i feel good.
on saturday night, i approached this group of three on the dance floor, started dancing, then one of them came up to me, said "fvck off" and started laughing - that one actually pissed me off, cuz it was fvckin childish of her

Yeh man, thats harsh. You have to bounce back through anything though. It's all a numbers game ainnit. btw how many have u pulled and what hb/10 do you go for? I go for 7+. If the club is very, very crud, I'll settle for a 6.

I think there is a path to get girls. IMO it goes like this,
1-meet girls off the net. Meet so many till you loose count.
2-get gd at clubing
3-meet girls in places like pools, college etc
4-street approaches

Once you can do all 4, the numbers are so in your favour, it takes the cake. Plus eventualy girls are bound to come to you (not often) as your rep builds.

1-I'd say I'm very gd at meeting grls off the net. It has taught me how to make a great 1st impression. I have met, this year about 6 grls. the last 1 was a stunner, but the distance was a bit far. I build rapport so fast online, I can meet a girl within a few days.

2-Clubs, I am pritty new at. I have sat in clubs endless times, jus waited for a grl to come to me, that doesnt happen often. I have observed my cuz, who is a big time club PUA. I learnt so much off him. I always try to look like I'm having fun, then I dance near a grl, try n get eye contact. If they dont look, I just tap her on the shoulder, and offer my hand. I end up dancing close, look her in the eye n look like I'm gonna kiss her, but I don't, then she sees my lips and just kisses me. Now is a good time to number tie.

3-I am very new at this. College isn't a very flirty area, and i don't like the guys in my course. They will take the mick till the cows come home if they see me rejected. No girls on my course :(. There is this girl i like on my maths resit class. I sat next to her the 1st time today. Got a feeling shes got a b/f. next lesson I'll get her msn.

4- I think I have the confidence to do it. I jus need a gd wingman. I'd do something like sit in the city, and try and get eye contact with the hbs walking past. Then call em over. Probs say something like hey, hows it going? where ya from?

i've never tried meeting women in real life from the net, although i did have phone sex with this hot german girl.

In the last 2 months, i haven't pulled that many girls - 7girls total, one was a shag (she was a 7). two were 8.5s, an 8, a couple 7s and the other ones i can't remember, although i got told i pulled a dog :D. The one i shagged approached me :D The others have been because of my clubbin skills (which aren't hard to learn) which have improved after watching my mate doing it. I'd say he's a PUA, but last week he pulled this absolute minger that i would never touch; apart from that, he does alright for himself.

club technique - most of my pulls come from standing next to the girl, turning my head round until they lock ec, mouth "hi"then slowly get closer to them and start ass to ass grinding, then hand round their waist, then c0ck to ass, then twist them round and stick my tongue down their throat. that's my fav way of doing it. it usually fvcks up if i hadn't given any ec (they'll just move back to their friends (they don't usually tell me to fvck off :D)
one more thing, i never whack it any less than 5 days before going out - that almost guarantees a good night

most of the time i'll go 6 at the lowest, cuz me and my flatmates are having a pulling comp. i'm leading just now (which is surprising cuz we're out a lot and i'm only just starting to pick up some game). i've had loads of grinding though, which doesn't usually work too well considering the amount of alcohol in my system

weight was only 70kg with trainers on. it will now be about 71kg with food and water in me, but that definitely means i've lost weight. what's more - i'm developing a belly now ffs. my lower two abs are gone again. - that means no beer, just vodka (does vodka give you a belly as well?)

I didn't wear the vest... :(

nothing special. i just ate more - i made sure i ate 7 times a day, bought whey powder and ate some straight after working out. i started taking paper and a pen with me to the gym every time and noted down my lifts. then the next time i went back, i'd try to smash all the records (if i had a leg day, i'd take my record of leg lifts from the last week to the gym and try to beat them). that's probably a better way of thinking to gain muscle, rather than try to eat loads all the time; not that you shouldn't be eating loads anyway.

i cut all the fizzy drinks out of my diet, no more sweeties etc, cuz they just make you full up and it's harder to eat more after eating that. i started drinking a gallon of water a day as well. i bought creatine and started taking that for about 4 months - i don't know if that helped or not, but while i was taking it, i gained the most during that period (although i was trying harder too so i don't know if it's worth buying creatine).

i started eating a packet of peanuts every night and whenever i could during the day.

and i started looking at all the skinny and fat folk around me, who kept saying i was nuts and i had "the worst diet in the world because i ate powder), and laughed at them for being chumps. it's no wonder the girls in my flat are going for me instead of them.

weight: 70kg. i'm still dropping but i don't give a shyt cuz i still look good in the mirror.

last week i worked out my whole body. this week- i did my shoulders and abs today, drinking tomorrow night, hangover on sunday, so i'll start back on monday with my back and biceps, legs, calves (BTW, I ONLY JUST STARTED WORKING MY CALVES LAST WEEK FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 6MONTHS - that's cuz whenever i train them, i can't run into lectures in the morning as well - stupid fvckin excuse i got rid of last week cuz my calves are skinny as fvck) and abs on tuesday, chest and triceps on wednesday.

I may start on whey and creatine this week. I'll easily pass 11 stone then cause I've stuck at 150lbs without supps.

Now I'm on instant whey, and matrix creatine. My strength and energy is through the roof, almost makes me forget my pocket is 70 quid lighter. I can't wait to pass this 11 stone mark (154lbs). My goal is 161lbs by xmas, so all my new cloths fit realy well.

I'm eating about 6 meals a day, plus 2 servings of whey, and creatine. My diet isnt perfect, but a few gd meals are in there, I might as well go back on the tuna starting tomoz as well.

My main focus is on my shoulders, forearms, and gluetes.

Getting back on that ****ing horse

It's a new year and i've got a ton of motivation, shown by me getting up at 7oclock on a holiday morning to get to the gym.

weight: 70.5kg with the usual trainers, tshirt and shorts (and it's 9oclock in the morning - only one meal). holy ****! i've been drinking so much over the holidays i didn't expect that to have happened...and my sixpack is as good as ever. Although i definitely need the work in the gym, my chest and biceps have deflated despite the number of pressups i've done over the holidays (60 a day average), although i've been away from the gym for at least 3weeks.

yeh, no supplements, just eating more than usual. but this was my beginner gains so they don't really count

i think that's a good improvement. i was taking that much creatine during the summer (june to september) and went from 146 to 158, but i really don't think creatine had much to do with it; more the whey protein, normal food and heavier lifting i think. i just can't afford creatine anymore, but even if i could, i probably wouldn't buy it again.

Yeah, creatine is expensive! But why did you give up taking it?

I love creatine. The only thing to watch out is to use it during some period and stop taking it. I also have to be careful not to rely too much on it. Actually my bottle is empty now and I don´t intend to buy one soon. :)

So you reached 70kg? That´s really good man. In one year? right?

if i was to buy anything it would be whey again. i've gone through about 10kg of the stuff in the last year.

yeh, 70kg the now, highest was 73 (160lbs). before and after pics are here btw
