Got a training partner now and he manage 110k for 1. Hes bn training 2 weeks.....Plus hes lighter than me.... he wasnt doing as many reps on earlier sets though. Anyways, this is the competition I need to sky rocket them deads.

I'll write todays training, later. I'm doing benching but no way will I go as heavy as last week!
My diets not as air tight either. i weigh about 170lbs (jeans, tainers, tshirt)according to the scales in the dermotologist. The scales in the hous says 160lbs on a good day. The 1 in the dermotologists has to be right though, as it's for medication purposes.
My arms have hit 15"!!!!!
forearms 11 3/4.....
neck 16"
chest 42"ish
waist 29"....
legs 22"...
calves 14 1/2
forearms and shoulders are my main concern.
My training partner is annoying me a bit as he is a complete afc, and he wants to spend time with his ugly g/f instead of training. Shes always complaining n sh!t. He lives with her, and hes 19, shes 16. He is so controlled. Next training session i'll tell him if he misses anymore training sessions for stupid reasons, it's not worth him training at all! Stupid boy, I'd have him posessing god like strength in no time.
