Got a training partner now and he manage 110k for 1. Hes bn training 2 weeks.....Plus hes lighter than me.... he wasnt doing as many reps on earlier sets though. Anyways, this is the competition I need to sky rocket them deads.

I'll write todays training, later. I'm doing benching but no way will I go as heavy as last week!

My diets not as air tight either. i weigh about 170lbs (jeans, tainers, tshirt)according to the scales in the dermotologist. The scales in the hous says 160lbs on a good day. The 1 in the dermotologists has to be right though, as it's for medication purposes.

My arms have hit 15"!!!!!
forearms 11 3/4.....
neck 16"
chest 42"ish
waist 29"....
legs 22"...
calves 14 1/2

forearms and shoulders are my main concern.

My training partner is annoying me a bit as he is a complete afc, and he wants to spend time with his ugly g/f instead of training. Shes always complaining n sh!t. He lives with her, and hes 19, shes 16. He is so controlled. Next training session i'll tell him if he misses anymore training sessions for stupid reasons, it's not worth him training at all! Stupid boy, I'd have him posessing god like strength in no time.

Because the ceiling in my gym isnt that high. I have a detatched bench and a squat rack, so I spin the bench around and WALLA, it's just so simple. It's scary how easy this is! I better start going hardcore on my triceps, next week. If I could get my mill press, and close grip bench both to 80kg for 4, my incline bench would have to be forced into the 100s. I might do a 5 day training week, and then take another week off.

Something like,

mon
back, biceps
trying to curls 2 25kg dumbells

tues
forearms/traps

weds
chest/triceps
tring to max out on 95k (can't see me lifting 100k again) or getting 6 reps on 90k

thurs
forearms/traps

fri
legs/shoulders
(2nd week back into squats) I want to squat 100kg 6-12 times on the last set. Also 80kg seated shoulder press, I'm scared....

Then I'll be dead for a week.

yeh, i lift at my dudes house in the cellar. perfect environment for a hard training imo....no daylight, loud hiphop beats, fvcked up weight plates, military style punching bag, chin up bar in the door frame - hope it won't break when i get bigger;)

In all, it has been a good training session :)

On the roaccutane, I'm getting very short fused, angry, and upset, very out of character for me. No real skin improvement.

yes roaccutane influences the mood, espiacially at the beginning, how long did u take it? after one month you should see improvements

We all have some bad training sessions. you have really nice lifts, I especially like your dips, 25 kg or 30 kg after bench press. I managed a few reps on 15 after bench presses. Just a question, is there any reason you use dumbells instead off ordinary bar when you do biceps curls?

because i'm lazy... and my dumbells are always on 20 odd kg. It's best to switch tho.

however, one Q bothers me: do you think your chest is ok in the picture or still ugly?

I'm 5ft11. Only recently my chest isnt "ugly". You cant tell by that pic, but I do have a decent upper chest, not great tho.

Double, if u look carefully at my biceps pic i posted, you can see the mark where that bold guy, 220lber grabbed my arm.

I totally agree with the first reply on bb.com... you have a nice symmetry and pretty good mass. The only thing I pick up on is the lack off tan. You look great but you'd look fantastic with more tan.
