i understand man you fear the big german bench master! or why the easy records?! i'm really a good motivator :cool: now have fun chilling for some days. but remember the bench master is always on fire :cool:

Went for a short cardio session 1.5 km. Felt really good. The scales said 174 lbs which is off course wrong, but I think I've hit somewhere around 170 lbs right now. Going for 190 lbs.

Hehe. Well, in this week i played a lot of sport like hockey, soccer, tabletennis, nothing serious of course, but i couldn't resist the fun:cool: . but didnt gain one pound. but i already feel that i have regained a bit endurance, and when i start cutting i will go full on cardio.

That's great to hear man, endurance is pretty important to have in everyday life.

what is this in barbell currency??no fun using dumbell(it's two times the work with weight plates), and wtf is .9kg anyway??but else gratz:p

haha the speed benching shouldn't have posted the article, but the bench master is generous to his padawans :cool:

didnt train today but tomorrow i will probably do a biceps max out, and i will put on 34,5kg on my 8kg sz-bar, will see if i can do more then 0reps, never tried with 40kg+.regarding to an online counter i should be able to do only 1rep, but i dont believe in this sh1t, only use it for motivation

overall looking good man, i will never get you if you're as crazy as me:cool: i weigh like 162lbs in the morning, 167 in the evening..

Hmm.. that would be like 75 kg I think, perhaps more. 36.4 is about the same as 80 kg. 0.9 is the coolest part with the lift.. it gives one decimal which make the lift seem heavier. :cool:

It felt great to beat the 300 pound barrier. In my gym, there are 4 people beside myself and my friends who squat. The chance off someone squating on the same day is minimal. But when I happen to max, another person decided to do that too. I was so pissed. He took 352 lbs. But I'll get there. He has trained alot longer than me and is way bigger. He seemed to follow me around too, like lifting the same things as I lifted. When I did the leg raises in the same cable machine as he did (he cut in and we worked inbetween sets) he looked distastefully on me. He oogled my friends too alot.

Got my whey too. =)

seems like you have a new fan. good job on the 300lbs+, i think the 60lbs more to beat him will come pretty fast, and the 400lbs++ are also very doable with your leg genetics. me,myself and i wont max out in squat soon. i would be interested if i can do 100kg but i have no power rack and i dont wanna die yet, espiacially now after things start going the way i want them. btw what is your deadlift max? maybe i can get you there someday....but squats uhh normally benchmaster says impossible is nothing but uhh dunno:cool:

isn't it like christmas,eastern and birthday on the same day when the whey finally arrives?! i have to order some new soon, too. guess the ebay user where i get it from is wondering if i sell the sh1t or something b/c i order so much:D

Yeah it really seems so. :/ It wasn't me imagining, my friends brought it up. I bet he was pissed because I had the power rack and he didn't. =) Yeah, I really want to beat that ****er. I almost got that 145 kg squat though. Next time I will. And I won't scream as much next time. Thanks for all your support double.

Can't you invest in a squat rack or similar? Or have some friends over to spot you? I don't want you to die or anything, your a hell of a motivation. You're very equal in strength to me, so it's fun to do some competition with you. But you are the benchmaster and I'm your disciple.

My deadlift I am ashamed off. 287 lbs or 130 kg. But I do SLDL on 110 kg for reps so I should be able to pull 130 or something for reps. You can probably beat me real soon on the DL. Then I'll only have my squats left to brag about. :(

Ever figured about joining the whey maffia double? "ehh.. *caugh* Don Vassleoso is not happy.. and when he is not happy... people who stand in his whey disappear". ;) Felt wonderful to get my whey today... It tastes so much better than the other one I had. How was yours?

i have this "rack"....it isn't the most save thing in the world, but at least saver then nothing. do you understand how it works? i mostly lift with a friend(i lift at his house but he isn't always there), so i have a spotter most of the time.

yes some friendly competition is a cool thing, thats why i put the benchmaster show on:cool: my friend i lift with is no longer a real competition for me b/c he doesn't eat right and doesn't work legs. only chin ups he is better thats kinda strange because he is taller and it is harder for taller people or? but he weighs less than me nowadays so that could be the reason for my "loss" in weighted chin ups. but also strange he overtrains like sh1t on chin ups and bench press and still can pull off almost the same weight as me. but now that i'm rushing ahead i will leave him behind fast, which feels kinda sad but what can i do if he doesnt want to train legs and eat enough.

hehe, yeah but i hate deadlifts mhhhhh thinking about it i hate squats, too. i still have some problems with form and my lower back hurts or i hit my knees, nothing serious but i'm really glad if i have done them. chin ups i hate also, i guess because i go to failure on them. but the other lifts i'm doing i love =]

haha. uhhh the whey gets me a bit there.......sooo much whey and whey weight gainer for only one double......but whatever i'm mixing them a bit......whey with lactose free milk, whey with water.........and now for the night whey with water and flaxseed oil(my favourite!). whey is the best
