funny name with the captain. not bad your 2max-outs! but "ordinary" bench.....that sounds so devaluing to one of my favourite exercises:p

This exercise was a freebee you know. To test where my limits where. Next time I'm all 5x5. Well actually I'm trying more of 5,4,3,2,1 rep range. I broke record after record today. FINALLY got that damn 45 kgs curl I've been waiting for.

yeh i was wondering if that are new records or not.....but because you didn't write "new record" i assumed that they weren't. 45kg are really good, i'm wondering if i can try it, too. one week ago i made 7x35kg.

Forgive me for not reading all that far back, but you're telling me you can do single arm bicep curls with a 45kg dumbell? For how many reps? Do you have any pics floadin around?

cheers

Edit - ahh... the ezy bar. Still a good lift, more than I can do.

I took 16 months off, and just jumped back into it. I think im at around where you were when you started. The time off caused me to shed 6 kilos... ugh.

Yeah man... I ****ed up those barbells today. Some ***** who brought his girlfriend who looked demeaning when we warmed up, like he could lift more than us. He SLDL on 75 and DL on 95. I broke that son of a ***** right off. Man I can SLDL more than he DL.

**** I'm drunk right now... first time in 2.5 months. I'm really enjoying this ****. Got the phone number today off a chick who I have been talking to for a while. She lives near my school and she want to **** me. I wondered how she liked to be ****ed... she enjoy it hard and brutal... she want to be tied and spanked like a little girl who has been all naughty... she's so gonna get it. The master just walked through the door.

Enjoy everyone.

Double, about the whey, I didn't mean you did anything wrong diet-wise, it's just I spend so much money on whey when it was useless for me, kinda frustrating to find out personally for me.

Happy lifting!

Hey sazuki y did you change your username?? well, maybe you are right and i don't need that big amounts of whey, thinking about it, probably you are right, but i can't risk slowing down on my gains(i'm one hell of a impatient mofo!), so i can't risk to give it a try to consume less whey.

Thanx, i'm off for some deadlifting now. Happy lifting bros!
