Hey man, I've been away on a trip... but you seem to've kept the fort for me while I was gone. Not to be an ass about it... but man, you really need to make an own thread for your lifting dude.

Tomorrow I'm gonna do back, in for some serious maxing.

BTW you all, this is the longest thread on the H/F section, officially longer than the bulking up guide.

only thing is when everybody makes their own online journal in this forum than how will the H+F forum look? like a virtual notepad or like a forum in which questions are answered

Hello you all, I've been really busy these last two weeks.

I just maxed my squats.

Warm up:

7x45 kg
5x65 kg
3x85 kg
1x105 kg 231 lbs

Maxing:
1x115 kg 253 lbs
1x125 kg 275 lbs
1x130 kg 286 lbs

Last max at 110 kg 242 lbs

Weight: 170.5 WITH clothes <--- lost a bunch off water I think and eaten alot less food than usual. Gone off creatine. I'll be back at 175 i no time!!!

damn man your legs are really getting up there. It's leg day for me too, hopefully i'll be able to rep 2plates a side but doubtfull lol...anyways check out my journal at bb.com if your interested, it's in the workout journal section, my name is eehee.

last leg day i did 200x8:mad: which is just pathetic considering i almost bench that much...i need more goddamn food:mad:

I'm gonna continue to bulk now for a while. The cutting was to get some change into all the bulking.

I just ordered the captains of crush trainer, number 1 and 2. I think the grip is the thing that holds me back on the deadlifts so I'm gonna change this.

Current weight is: 165 lbs probably just below since I've had 1 meal.

The goal is 175 lbs. That's about 3.5 pounds per month. I'm gonna go slow on this one because I don't want any extra fat.

Double, don't be a wuss. If you use that, your grip will start to lag, and you wont have hardly any forearms development!

yeah man.. I went all crazy, just took the bar and reped like crazy! !!) !`! Try it out sometime. ;)

i'll tell you, I doubt I can even close the number 1 I ordered. I'll do a couple off reps, mainly I want to build strenght so it will be low reps.
