I already had employees who completely and purposely ignored distancing and masking during the pandemic and murdered (yeah I said it) our residents. We have a chance you keep that from happening again and if I have to fire people who refuse to sacrifice a little bit for our residents, you know, UPS is hiring.

I live in Sweden and no one wears face diapers, (except for the ones with the tinfoil hats ha ha), same in Denmark too btw..
95% of all restrictions is gone for good here. The pandemic is dying out fast dude and not for those reasons you mention.

Also mask do not work because people do not know how to use them properly and therefore in theory makes it worse as it requires both education and skill to handle masks (to not contaminate yourself or others around you), and we are not talking surgical mask that actually provides ZERO protection for the wearer.
(Surgical face diapers only filter somewhat out to protect a patient during surgery from being contaminated if the doctor that is doing the surgery have a cold or something; nothing more or less. Real protection against viruses is only provided by N95 or N100 3M masks which almost no one wears and the few that do wear mask uses them incorrectly in most cases)

I work in health care and we regularly have training on how to don, doff and use masks. In particular the N- series.
