There is close to 0% chance that we have not been exposed to Covid over the last 15 months. In addition, we never locked down/shelter in place. We went to bars, casinos, restraunts, flew on aircraft, took boat trips. Hotels. Public transit... in addition to dealing with confirmed Covid pts. It is a near certantity we have been exposed.
I'm glad you made it though but I want you and other hcw to get vaccinated for your patients even more than yourselves. I already had employees who completely and purposely ignored distancing and masking during the pandemic and murdered (yeah I said it) our residents. We have a chance you keep that from happening again and if I have to fire people who refuse to sacrifice a little bit for our residents, you know, UPS is hiring.
