This is probably the weirdest situation I've ever read. It's almost too hard to believe. It just doesn't make sense. Not so much the girl's behavior, but the way that the story is unfolding. I think it has more to do with your bad storytelling than anything else.

Why do you want to get with this girl? She threatened to jump you with her friends to take your lunch money. Why are you even bothering. Crap like this annoys me.

YOu may also want to remind her that if she wasn't a girl you would've beat her azz by now, but that's up to you.

This is hilarious. I'm not sure if it's a wind up or for real, but a 21 year old guy getting bullied by a girl is pretty funny.

On a serious note though, you are sounding and most likely appearing like a total wuss and this girl - or rather your reaction to her - is going to kill your reputation.

You need to stop laughing and stand up to her in a non-physical way. Command some respect, raise your voice and as Squirrels said, look her dead in the eyes. And yes, threaten her with a lawsuit. Then if she takes no notice, next time you're in public let her hit you and then press charges.

Lets think about this for a second.. If you were trying to punk someone out and they didn't do anything to burn you for it you would probably keep going..
This girl is calling you out and you respond with jokes.. get serious with her. Next time she says something to you in class say in a serious tone for her to leave you alone or your gonna press charges on her, and say to her "Look around, I have all of these witnesses, now **** off" it will work, if it doesnt then press charges.

I had a wh*re that wanted to f*ck me and i wouldnt even talk to her, so one night she started saying **** like "yea i dont want you cuz u got a small **** i heard. your just a stuck up prick" i went off on the girl telling her that everyone knew she called me constantly cuz other people answered my phone and everyone knew that I didnt want anything to do with her and I told her to go stick a fat **** back in her mouth before I pressed charges for sexual harassment from her trying to grope & grab me in front of friends". Havn't had a problem with her since.. I walk in a bar or somewhere she is and she looks away.

Grow some balls and be a man joe... your basically getting burned day after day by a girl and your in college.

Ok im chillin now right and im walkin down the hallway wit my crew and we walk towards (the girl with the problem HB10) and her 2 friends. One of her friends shoves me kinda hard, kinda strong shouldering me. I acted as if nothing happened. One of my boys were like yo, she just hit you kinda hard man and you didn't say anything. I say I know right? Its like football in these hallways
and we just started laughing. I looked back at the three girls and they were mad as hell LOL cuz i turned a negative situation into a positive. So later when i see this girl in class, she asks in a nice tone, can i borrow a pen. I say in a nice tone Ha ha what? you're finger aint doin tha job anymore?(masturbation) LOL everyone started laughing at her. Keep in mind that what happened in the hallway plus my other 4 chapters to this story provoked this type of response from me. And if I lended her a pen/pencil, i wouldn't get it back. I caught her alone after class and this is how the convo went.

Me: What is your problem wit me for real?
Her: What is your problem? I just wanted a pen
Me: Well you're always fighting me so you shouldn't have asked
Her: Yeah well, you always seem so free. I have to cause you some type of problem.
Me: Wha? oh thats what it is? the uncool tryin to bring down the cool huh? (with a suave smile)
Her: (laughing) I consider myself to be cool
Me: Thats cool but the question is do I? Do i see u as cool?

1) You are 21 years old
2) She is a physical threat to you
3) Her and her friends blatently disrespect you
4) You STILL want to date her
