I'd be up for an adulterous woman if it's an affair to satisfy her needs that her husband is unable to please, but if it's developing into a relationship I'd prefer her divorcing him first (which she probably should've done many years ago if she's thinking of committing adultery to begin with). I want my woman to be mine and not have connections with other men, even if that happened to be a former spouse. Call me entitled, but that's part of my standards. Be loyal to me and I'll be loyal in return.

Also, in case she's still married and in contact with her husband, there might still be the possibility of her still having occasional sex with him, which is big no-go for me. In no way can I deal with the thought of her getting penetrated by her husband's hairy viagra-fueled wiener, while another day lustfully being seduced by my clean-shaving angel penis, ough...

Most men on here appear to be into younger women.

I am in somewhat of the opposite position. Despite being 32, I prefer women in the 45-65 age range (I might even be willing to go above 65 on a case-by-case basis).

Is there anything different about the approach a man should use when trying to get a woman significantly older than himself?

Also, seeing as a decent chunk of that age range is old enough to be my mom, how do I get past the "I couldn't bring myself to do a bedroom session with a guy young enough to be my son" roadblock that a lot of older women have?

I've said on the forum before that the last time I had free sex was 3 and a half years ago.

After thinking on it, the last time I had free sex with a woman below 30 (or even a woman below 40 for that matter), however, was 2012. More than a decade ago.

Let that sink in. Ever since I nailed a 22 year old in October 2012, I've had no free sex with any 20-somethings or 30-somethings (only 40-somethings). Perhaps that's a sign I really am meant for older broads.

The difference, Oh Dense One, is that the clueless man needs fashion advice because he wants to be ogled preferably by attractive women. He'll get some attention from the unattractive women, but nothing he can't handle.
The 'hottie' on the other hand tries not draw lustful looks and makes her unattractive to shallow pervs. She doing a good job of getting her goal by discouraging creepy pervs from approaching her. So she's a success, not a failure.

Umm, this forum is full of men who like to see a nice backside in tight jeans.

I'm pretty sure a lot of men on here would refrain from approaching a broad in baggy pants (no matter how good her looks are)

I stand by my claim that the pregnancy thing is undoubtedly the primary reason I prefer older.

I'm starting to suspect, however, the PTSD explanation might be a secondary reason I prefer older.

Obviously I don't compare myself to a soldier who fought in Iraq when I say PTSD.

But when you hear the message "you're a creepy freak no girl would possibly want" all throughout middle school/high school (then, to some degree, in college too), it can tear you down.

CPTSD (complex ptsd) is the term you're looking for.
