Another thing we have in common is the fact we don't want a full time relationship; just a weekend smash-piece.

The coworkers I associate with the most tend to be much older female coworkers. I even had a mutually flirtatious dynamic with a 60 year old woman I worked with back when I was in my late 20s.

While that was quite funny, that is actually not what I want, despite still not wanting a full-time relationship. I still want a monogamous relationship, I just don't wanna share address (or maybe, who knows what the future will bring), be together everyday, or have big future plans, like the ones younger LTRs usually have.

I just want a nice relaxed relationship where you see each other when there's time for it, while still calling each other baby and do romantic things/have hot sex, and older women are the perfect match for that type of relationship, as they usually always want the same as I described. Just enjoying and living life together in the moment rather than worrying about the future.

Like you, I'd like to do stuff (both sexually and non-sexually) when there's time for it (as opposed to a girlfriend my age/younger, who would want to be with me every second I'm not at work)

One piece of advice I have: Even if what I'm about to describe isn't exactly what you want, it might be worth a shot while you're holding out for what you really want. I'd recommend possibly finding an older married woman who's looking for a young guy to commit adultery with. I had one of those charades with a middle-aged broad when I was 23. Since she was married (and had kids), it's not like we could be together every single second (which is why such a relationship might work for you)

I'm 47 and my last few hookups and lays over the last few have been with women 3 to 10 years older. It's hard to connect with women 10 to 15 years younger (atleast online)

It shouldn’t be too difficult, unless you're married and having to pull off elaborate schemes and missions to keep your affairs hidden from your spouse.
