This is accurate/unless you have clout like an athlete/surgeon, most women are intimidated by a deeply in shape men and think it screams @sshole gymcel that would rather eat chicken breasts and brown rice all day then do anything fun. Tbh, I can’t disagree with them lol.
You’re very lucky.Optimize what you can. I have am a mesomorph with a high metabolism. I do what I can. Yes stay fit
Why do we allow such negativity here?
Men from different backgrounds and some different problems, not everyone has the type A bluster, and that is some percentage of what some of the issues are. Those guys know who they are, you are probably not one of those. Real pain exists in places that gets laughed at.Come on man. Some of you on this forum just twist yourselves into a pretzel to come up with some absurd nonsense, just to throw a wrench into a thread.
What grown man is going to do what you suggested in your example?
You all just enjoy endless debates about the nonsensical stuff you bring up.
It never really seemed to matter what I said if there's attraction. Women would lap up the dumbest sh!t.In general, what did you talk about?
And how did you turn the interaction sexual?
Yes. (Not all.. but north of 90% for professional athletes are taking PEDs)So attack formation, you mean to tell me every nfl linebacker or defensive end,
every celebrity who got big for a role, every big swole guy you see at the gym is on steroids?
Every last one of them?
Its very difficult to put on mass and get ripped at the same time especially if you are tall and lanky. It also compromises your cardio. That being said you are 100% correct. Getting a very muscular body really helps with getting easy sex.I’m telling you it’s no greater feeling than walking into a room with a shirt that could possibly be considered a size too small and watching girls eye-f*ck you when you walk by.
Men hold you in a higher esteem and automatically give you respect. Girls will walk up, touch your biceps and open you.
Your coworkers will respect you, your performance at work will improve, your family will admire you ..Your energy and mood will be better, you’ll have stronger erections Girls will put out faster, and you’ll have access to quality, fit women you did not have before.
I advise anyone who is struggling in dating, confidence or life in general to put down the phone and go to the gym right now.
If you are completely clueless, hire a trainer and nutritionists. If you know a little bit, read more and experiment and get those gains.
it will fix almost everything ..
I can see why people assume that. You have incredible shoulders. Many good points brought up in response to Cola's post, but IMO, I lean toward Cola's assertion from my experiences but with several caveats. When a muscular man walks in a room it's noticed a lot quicker than his Rolex watch or the smell of his cologne. It grabs women's attention the fastest at which time they start making other assessments. These assessments can be positive or negative or indifferent based on their situation. I.e. low self esteem, high self esteem, availability, mental note for later fantasy flicking the bean, menstrual cycle etc etc. The caveats are, is he walking and talking confidently like he has other things going on. Is he stylishly dressed with good hygiene. Is he approachable etc. This isn't directed toward any person here, as many have different views for different reasons, but I'm 53 and have been accused of steroid use on more than one occasion by insecure people who felt the need to give themselves a pass for not achieving a results they deep down wish they could. It's easier to blame others and say some things are out of their control to feel better about shirking their own responsibility. I'm here to tell you that physically most men never come close to maximizing their own genetic capabilities. No I don't use PEDs. I'll take it as a compliment though. But really, it tells me more about you (if this applies) than me.
Have you seen wahlberg in pain and gain?? Definitely on roids.Well yes, obviously.. but all of them? I don’t believe mark wahlberg for example has every been on steroids, I don’t think Chris Pratt is on steroids..
I am jacked.. Never touched a steroid in my life. What does it take to get jacked? Less excuses & more grind. We all know that’s false. You can get jacked without steroids. Obviously, we all have our genetic limits, but with proper nutrition and lifting heavy AF most people can get pretty dam swole.
You can indeed get jacked for being a natural, especially if you have deceptive size from being fat in the right places. But you wont compete with people who take steroids, and that's who im sure people have in mind when they read threads like this. You wont look like a fitness model or pro athlete unless you take the same drugs they do.
I know that's not what some of you guys reading this, at least younger guys, want to believe. Anything is possible if you believe in it... get your beauty sleep, broccoli and eggs... put in the "hard work and dedication"... you'll get as swole as the fitness models and pro athletes who insist theyre all natural, and women will flock to you... unfortunately that's fantasy, not reality.
don’t know why it’s sideways when I upload itI can see why people assume that. You have incredible shoulders.
What about you cola? Do you have a recent picture?
