Yeah, just let your lats get bigger and you'll have that V shape in no time. I recommend bent over barbell rows/dumbell rows or wide grip chin ups for great back development.

I had to get my weight down by 4 lbs because it feels like my bones are about to crash. I hate my small frame: I feel like my muscles could load up to 150 lbs but if I tried, my bones would crash.

You're shoulders are not being given time to recover mate; you're performing well below your potential.

I don't know about this, manu... It looks like my lifts are getting higher and higher every workout, so maybe I could go on like this until it works... I mean, if I'm getting stronger every time I perform millies, it probably means that my shoulders have recovered from the previous workout.

However, you and many other guys in here are better-informed than me, so tell me where my reasoning fails, because I don't really want to limit myself. I want to press my bodyweight as soon as I can.

how about adding some more exercises to your workouts... i never do less than 5 in a trip to the gym. plus ur not really working ur other muscles by doing that, ur body is gonna get out of proportion. find some example workouts either from a trainer, online, or a magazine...i prefer the mags myself ( i do the flex magazine get ripped in 12 weeks right now) theres plenty of stuff out there 4 u to get a better workout

Muscles take a long time to repair after serious lifting. Lifting damages the muscles, so after lifting we not only need to wait for our muscles to repair to their previous strength, we need to wait for them to heal beyond their previous strength. This can take 4 days or more, regardless of how the muscles actually feel.

By using your shoulders on consecutive days (chest, shoulders) you are attempting to beat previous strength records when your shoulders are at their weakest.

If you wait 4 days before working the same muscle group again you'll be able to life a lot more, and growth with occur faster.

At 5'9 and 150 lbs, I don't think I have to worry about growing out of proportion yet. Plus, I'm working out every muscle, since I'm doing Squats, Military Presses, Bench Presses and Bent-Over Rows. What am I missing?

I'll start to do isometric exercises when I get to 165 lbs.

There are too many exercises to list, some include incline/ decline presses, curls, skull crushers, deadlifts, dips, etc... a big part of working out is changing your workout to keep your muscles guessing. Lifting can be complex if you truly want results you should talk to a trainer or find a program done by a professional. I read a magazine or two every month. My favs are Flex and Muscle and Fitness, give em a try if you want they're cheaper than getting a trainer.
