Adone.. if I told you how many drugs male strippers took you'd be amazed (and disgusted).

Forget looking 'like someone'. Just aim to better yourself.

And sorry, five inches on your waist is NOT five inches of muscle. You've gotten fat. And if you're getting fat at 150lbs you're doing something wrong man ..

And I know what: you're under-eating.

I'm pretty sure that fat is just a really small percentage of it, since I've lost 1 of those 5 inches in the last couple of weeks and now I can clearly see my abs when I flex them. Plus, I don't get how undereating and getting fat can be related?!

P.S.: I'm looking for a pic of mine, so I'll soon send you the link to it

over-eating then under-eating is the prime reason for staying fat (and getting fatter)

Is that actually true? I had read something similar somewhere, but I thought it was just bullshìt. How that works exactly, if you care to explain? Unfortunately, in my school, biology is often overlooked and all I know about human body comes from bodybuilding.

In a few minutes, I'm going to do day 3 of the workout you suggested. Unluckily, Sunday I will go on a school trip and then I'll go away for another 7days. Basically, I won't be able to work out for 2 weeks, so from today to saturday I want to push myself a bit harder than I should.

Tomorrow evening I have to play another soccer match (it should be an easy one, though), do you suggest working out my legs tomorrow in the afternoon or saturday afternoon?

I'm gonna eat something now, so I don't get hungry and you don't get angry;)

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

It is not as black and white as calories in vs calories out. Yes, the maths determine how much weight you gain/lose but not what kind of weight.

If you're fat and under-eat too much your body is going to think it's starving and not dare burn any fat.. it'll store more food as bodyfat because of this starvation mode and burn protein (muscle) for energy via gluceogenesis.

that's why people who go on a water-and-salad diet and do 3 hours of cardio never look any better.. just smaller and scrawnier.

the number of people (including myself) who've tried to lose weight and failed because they weren't eating ENOUGH.. is amazing.

I honestly don't know how what you deadlift and what you row are the same weight. Your deadlift should be triple (if not double). And how can your military press only be 9lbs lighter then the 2 mentioned exercises?

I know it sounds pretty fùcked up, but lookwise, the only parts of my body that are out of proportion are my calves (too small) and my upper arms (too big, expecially the triceps).

Of course you're feeling sluggish.

Doing squat the day after deadlifts? You've got to be joking!

You're chronically overtrained.

It doesn't matter how good-looking you are, how romantic you are, how funny you are... or anything else. If she doesn't have something INVESTED in you and the relationship, preferably quite a LOT invested, she'll dump you, without even the slightest hesitation, as soon as someone a little more "interesting" comes along.
